The windows look great and well-manufactured. Gene, who did the installation solo, is an all-star; really well-done with some complex installation needs. The installation was performed above my expectations, in time and quality. It took a couple months from time of sale to time of installation; supposedly to manufacture the windows and get the required permits. Window inlets were measured prior to time of sale and re-measured once more in the weeks after. I’m not big on door-to-door sales pitches, especially when they come with “today only” discounts; but that is what I was given. I’m not sure if it was intended to pressure me into a sale; but the discounted price was reasonable and it was within my budget to get a few windows replaced this go around. Maybe I’m the exception; but a whole house window remodel isn’t a today only decision I can make. If offered a similar price to the discounted price, I’d consider upgrading the rest of the house’s windows in the near future. I was told at the time that my purchase of a few windows now would lock in the discounted price for later.

We have had Primax replace 16 old windows (including a large picture window) The windows are “top of the line”, efficient and beautiful. Installation was quick and professional with the area cleaned of any construction debris. The company was easy and pleasant to work with. We would gladly recommend Primax and their products to anyone.

In three days Derek, who is an amazing hard worker and very kind, converted our 28 year old capsule all in one tub/ shower to a much larger shower equipped with everything we need. The end product was beyond our expectations. Thank you Dustin and Derek!!! Debbie & Kenny

Derrick McClesry with Primax did a wonderful and professional job on my new walkin shower he took the old builders bathtub out and installed the new beautiful walkin shower in 2 1/2 days and cleaned it all up . I couldnt be happier with the rebath I will use them again. Thank you Derrick for always being on time and showing up as promised. 😂

We just had 5 windows replaced with Primax. The experience was exceptional. The pricing was very reasonable and we are very happy with the look of the windows. I would definitely recommend them for replacement windows. The employees were super nice. The installers were on time and very professional. They came in and got started right away. They cleaned up all the mess inside and outside. They did a really great job! I am very happy with the experience with the employees and the installers. We will be using them again in the near future for new replacement windows at our new house.

42345 – Needed a couple of replacement “lifetime guaranteed” windows replaced (one had moisture in between the panes, one the hidden springs rotted and both would fall;) PRIMAX measured both, built them, called and set-up an appointment. Gene came at the agreed-on day and installed them. Within 2 hours Gene and his helper was gone – wrapped, capped and done; no mess, curtains hung; job completely finished and a perfect fit. Would highly recommend them.

Back around 2 year ago we had a walk in bath installed, over the moon with the result! The guy who installed the bath was Processional and fast….So now onto needing windows where else did we go but back to the same company who did the bathtub and why? Because we were so happy the with the first job they did for us we went back! And we have not been let down!!! fast professional from start (Ron) to the guy that measured to the installer. Like the saying goes, when your on a good thing STICK to it :)….Highly recommend!!!
