We couldn’t be happier with our new Pella Windows. The noise reduction in the house has been amazing. The staff at the store and the installers were extremely helpful, professional and the clean up during the window installations was great. We look forward to having some other areas replaced soon. Ordered my windows with Allison and she was so helpful. I general contract a few homes a year and am building a home for myself currently. I thought I knew what I wanted but kept blowing my budget. Allison made a few minor suggestions with the specifications I gave her and we ended up getting better windows than what we originally wanted for 35% less than our budget. Awesome people selling a great product!

I’ve never in my life seen this kind of quality work. These guys are flawless. I’ve been really disappointed lately trying to hire anyone to do anything. It seems like nobody wants to work and I’m not trying to be arrogant but I can do a better job than most people I hire so it’s frustrating. There’s no way in 50 lifetimes that I could match the workmanship of these guys. They have a customer for life!!

Allison at Owensboro Pella store was so helpful. She explained the different types of windows. We just ordered them today. As with many things we are buying lately it takes more time. We feel the great warranty of Pella and the excellent service provided by Allison is well worth waiting. Thank you for making window buying a stress free experience .

I went in to look for a door. The employee was not wearing a mask and when I asked her to, she said she didn’t have to. Masks are mandated in Ky. I left and when to Menard’s. They all wear masks.
