We just had some windows replaced and were very impressed with how easy Louisville Window Company was to work with! Plus the quality of their work was amazing! They were more competitive on price than several of the larger companies who gave us quotes. They offer a lifetime transferrable warranty on their work, which means that the warranty will transfer if we ever sell our home. Plus, Louisville Window Company is a locally-owned company, and I always love to try to support local companies when I can! We worked with Matt Duncan and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and also never put any pressure on us. He was very reliable and always quick to respond if we reached out to him!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect. If you want things done right, on time and with HIGH quality then there isn’t a better company out there to use. They’re super competitive with pricing as well. Absolutely amazing individuals to work with. Don’t bother going or looking anywhere else because these are the guys you should use.

We had several companies come out to quote replacing 17 windows and a sliding glass door. Louisville Window company had the best price for high quality products. We also loved that they are local, family owned/ operated! We ordered and windows were installed a month later. Jared, Matt & their team were on top of everything. They walked us through the whole process, worked around us and our family. They were professional, friendly and on top of everything. I couldn’t even tell they were here, they cleaned up everything and made it better, cleaner than when they arrived. They said at the beginning, new windows would change your life- we thought they were exaggerating but the new windows made all the difference. Custom work and the craftsmanship show. Bottom line: Fair prices, quality products, excellent service and installation. We cannot recommend anyone but Louisville Window Company! Jared, Matt, Lisa & team- thank you! Lifetime clients!

We bought our windows and installation with Louisville Window Company a few years ago. They were GREAT then, and GREAT again! We had an all seasons room door issue and Micah came by and fixed it, just for being past customers. Now that’s true customer service!
