We have used All States before with window installation and liked the job they did. So when it came time to do some bathroom renovation, we turned to them to do it. We had a couple of glitches with the installation. When we reported them to All State, they were quick to respond and makes the necessary changes we ask for. They did a beautiful installation and we would use them again. They take their reputation seriously and are quick to please their customers.

Awesome experience working with them from beginning to the end of our project. We even had a hiccup with hail storm mid project and they helped navigate through that. Our siding and doors are great quality as were the installers. Thanks to the hail storm, our roof and gutters were replaced as well. Every worker that came out was courteous and all hard working! They found a few things on our old roof that was not right and fixed before replacing the roof. Quality work and easy to work with!

We just had a new shower installed. By Junior and Tom. They were respectful, on time cleaned up after themselves gave excellent suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone. We are extremely happy we went with Allstate.

We are so excited about our new windows from All States Home Improvement! Not only have they improved the look of our older Riverside Home, but they’ve also given us a clean, clear view of our yard and our neighborhood. The product is outstanding, with great energy-conserving features and ease of operation for cleaning. We want to thank Mitch and Lane for their skill in the installation of the 14 windows. They were very professional and did the entire job in just two days. Inside and out, the installation rates an A plus. We also want to recognize the team that supported the craftsmen. John came to our home and explained the product. Another professional Doug measured the window openings and discussed the price. Shanda, Terri, and Missy kept us posted on when the installers would do the work. The team cleaned up after, leaving everything spotless. Thanks, Chris Keeter, for providing us the opportunity to express our thoughts about your company, the personnel sent to interact with us on your behalf and the quality of work they have done. From Shanda, who took the initial call from us, to Tyler who then came out to determine the extent of the project, the gentleman who came out next to take accurate measurements, to Kolt who did the patio door installation. All have been exceptional in the way they communicated with us. They all seemed to have joy in their hearts with what they were doing. Tyler was patient and kind as we tried to articulate the work we wanted done, making great suggestions throughout the planning process. Kolt hit the ground running when he arrived to remove and replace the patio door that required most of the day, tolerating our presence and questions with grace as we got to know him, not missing a beat as he got the job done. We had a great time with him as he worked. We are eagerly anticipating the start of two additional projects: a deck in the back of our home and a new porch on the front of our home, knowing that we are in good hands with your company.

I had All States Home Improvement come out and replace my siding and I am very satisfied with my experience. Jeremy came out to do the estimate on my project and had no problem answering all of my questions in a polite and professional manner. The team that was sent to do the work repaired the existing damage that they found and completed the project efficiently within the promised time frame. The siding looks great and they promptly came out and replaced my 2nd dryer vent that they had forgotten. The team that worked on my house was very polite and cleaned up the yard before they left.

Looks great but leaked water out of one corner. Several repairs by All States have been tried but it’s still not up to par. Replacing our old tub for a walk-in shower was a wonderful addition. Mike, our installer did a beautiful job! The walls are gorgeous and the fixtures are high grade. We couldn’t be more pleased with All States Home Improvement! We should have done this years ago! Definitely 5 STARS!
