I had the pleasure of getting Andrew and Chuck to install my walk-in shower. They showed up on time, worked ON-TASK all day (no family talk, joking around, etc), worked late to get it done on one day, cleaned up well, and tolerated my small talk. They did excellent work!

We are thrilled with our new tub. Great product that comes with a friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff. Our head installer, Charles, was awesome. Great attitude and attention to the customer’s (my wife) details. I highly recommend this company,as they truly stand by their quality.

His two aids (John & Andrew) who assisted him in the installation were also very cooperative and hard working. Job No.: 846464 Let me start first is the work that was done an improvement to the house answer yes. When I look at hiring a company to do work for me I look at 3 things the company should have to make the customer feel like they have received the best price for the product. 1. Service and Support. 2. Product 3. Onsite installation So #1 for this company. The Sales Person was excellent. He was very knowledgeable with the product. Installation Technicians. Excellent work for what was given to them. More on that later. Measuring Tech. Here is the pitfall of this company in this area at least. The Windows are either 1/2″ to 1″ gap all around from the casing they are just floating with screws in them. The cabinet roll out drawers where measured too big would not roll out when door was open.(Later cut down from the Tech’s). I will go in more in depth with other things later in product. Support was non existent. It made me fill that hey we got the sell get the product in the house and lets get paid. Through out the process we where not called on where the product is in the process. It was here sign here and then hey we can install tomorrow with a couple times of tech’s coming in to measure. (we see how that went). One would also think spending over 30K dollars there would be a after work done inspection to see if the customer is satisfied. Nope not this company zero inspection. Did not know who to call if there was issues, did not know anything. #2 Product. Windows other then being too small very happy with what we have. Took our house from being warm in the summer too pretty good. Also took the outside sound down too. North facing windows do not get hot at all to the touch. Cabinets: One cabinet was not built correctly. The backsplash was not even connected to the counter it was glued on after the counter installed. The soft close works great love it so much. Formica is great, doors are great. Pull out drawers are great after being fixed. Sink and faucet excellent. #3 Installation. We already hit on the window size the technician seen it and did the best they could do. They are level and oped with no issues. The trim looks so good well ok it is perfectly installed. Cabinets. Again the technicians had major issues with the measuring problem but they made it work and went above and beyond to make the existing cabinets as strong as possible. They even had to build on site a whole new cabinet because the 2 times that someone came out to measure (yeah 2 times still didn’t get it right) they did not see that one of the existing cabinets was about ready to fall apart and would not hold the counter and sink. Overall for the installation for cabinets in kitchen I give a grade of A. Could of been A+ but there are a few issues. The cabinet that was built on site is too tall. The oven when turned on singes the Formica on the counter end (turning brown). Missing 2 backsplashes. Backsplash was glued on and you can see it. It also has a gap when meeting up to the wall in some areas. I am going to hide that with tile so whatever. The seams on the front of the 2 new upper cabinets are very noticeable. One of the cabinets that was built incorrectly the board in the back that has the holes for the shelves was not installed correctly. Again most of these items for the technicians is not their fault they did the best they could and also went above and beyond to try and make things right. Overall I think if the company would change a few things like keep the customer in the loop of where their product is in the process and some communication and inspections after the work is done this would be well worth the money. As it stands now we have not heard from them at all, not even anything about the loan payments and who to send them too or anything. If it was possible to give 3 1/2 stars I would. Do we feel like for how much we are going to pay for the product was it well worth it the answer would be an astounding NO.
