They had literally almost no info to give us or tell us. They didn’t even know pricing. No color samples either. We could come back another time, though, so they could find out.. they thought they could, anyway. We drove 30 minutes one way and left with zero..Sadly disappointed. We will not be back. Sad as our 60 yr old pella door and windows have been great.

BUYER BEWARE! Pella is a rip off and they are scan artists. I paid over $10,000 for windows and they look terrible and they are unwilling to fix. I wish I had known what a terrible company they were beforehand

Phil Weaver with Pella is now my go to guy for windows and doors in my home. I felt NO pressure when he came to give me an in home quote for some replacement windows. When we finally got around to the project (a year later) he was super responsive and got me an updated quote right away. If you want a no pressure salesman, Phil is the guy for you!

I had a new Pella door installed at my home and it squeaks all the time. I have had a half a dozen service members come out to resolve the problem and they have either not had a solution or the fix lasts a month then it begins again. Had a problem with the latching mechanism as we after less than a year. I never dreamed of having so many issues with a Pella product.

Let’s start at the beginning.. The sales man that came to our home, although a nice enough person, essentially told me that my house was not nice enough to justify the cost of aluminum clad windows ( the type I originally inquired about) he said vinyl was the way I should go. So I did. He also said the installation crew were pella employees, paid by pella, working only for pella. Upon install, it was evident that they hired a remodeling subcontractor out of Topeka. Again, the crew that showed up was a nice enough group however, they should probably undergo some kind of edict training as to conversation they have in side someone else’s home. The window quality seems to be fine ( what I expected for vinyl ) unfortunately the interior finish was not. I have drywall returns on all my windows, I asked for just a clean caulking job where windows meet drywall. What I got was anything but, i.e. giant gaps, massive smears, extremely unclean/ unfinished. Once the job was completed, I went back & cut all the caulking out and redid it myself. Point being.. for the $20,000 cost of this project, I expected a lot more. Very disappointed..

A huge shoutout to Aron of Pella Lawrence for his excellent repair service and outstanding attitude. Sure hope I won’t need his services again but would be delighted to see him if I did. Employees like him help define the character of a whole company.
