Today I had completed the final door and window replacement on my home all by Pella. I have worked with Jason for many years, and he always made the ordering process easy having my previous records and giving me all my options for that part of my home. My final replacement was completed with a new sliding door. I am thrilled! Despite the rain, Nathan and Samir worked well together. It was installed very professionally and turned out wonderful. Thank you all so very much for your years of excellent service to me.

5 stars to Nathan, Dalton and Samir! They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. They were very helpful in getting a window order error corrected. Pella was easy to work with and prompt in correcting this as well. Our entire home is Pella Windows, primarily casement with a few double hung and fixed. The windows we just replaced were 40 to 45 years old and probably could have lasted longer but we felt it was better to be proactive and replace our older ones.

I had (3) casement windows installed on 23 April. Was told it would take 2 days, but the installation tech team of Nathan, Dalton, and Samir stayed until they got it done in one day. They did an excellent job removing the 44 year old Pella casement windows and installing the new and more efficient triple pane replacements. They were very courteous, took their shoes off when coming inside every time, and cleaned up the work sites and the rooms when they were finished. They answered my questions while working and cut and installed my oak window sill trim for me. They also followed up on arranging some minor drywall repair and getting a few minor missing hardware parts which has all been scheduled to be finished in the near future. They did a very professional job and with service support like this I look forward to ordering some more replacement windows in the future. We love how the aluminum exterior facing and matching trim looks with the siding, and how the built in aluminum blinds are much easier to adjust and can now be raised and lowered as compared to the older version that was replaced. Besides the efficiency improvements, the new windows took my home’s appearance from the 80’s to a modern look. Also kudos to Jason the sales rep for advising to stain and varnish the wood portion of the windows prior to installation. I had them delivered 2 weeks before the planned install date to provide me with enough time to do that work myself and have everything dry and ready to go. Much easier to work in my garage than trying to do this work after being installed on the upper floor of my home. Thank you for a job well done.

I dealt with Laura at customer service. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with! They replaced a custom window in our house. The window was just under 20 years old. They were on time and did a good job. When it comes time to replace all the windows I will using Pella windows!

Very pleased with installers Dalton and Samir. Very professional. One window had damage from shipping which they noticed and pointed out to me. They will come back when new window available.

Our installers were courteous, professional and detail oriented. The job had to be split into 2 “sessions” because of some minute flaws in the windows that I probably wouldn’t have noticed, but weren’t up to standards for the team. Nathan, Dalton and Samir definitely know what they are doing! I love my new windows!!!
