From start to finish Tucker, our salesman and AJ our install man were wonderful to work with. Tucker was so transparent and thorough. His insight and expertise made it an easy decision to move forward. AJ did an amazing job on our new shower installation! He was fast, knowledgeable, and appreciative of the space around him. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Mad City. We especially like the lifetime manufacturer’s product and workmanship warranty that is transferable between homeowners. AJ also understood that we were still in the midst of our bathroom renovation and said he would come back out to finish sealing once our new floors were laid and we were finished painting! Great customer service. Thank you Mad City.

My wife and are are extremely pleased with the look of our kitchen. Refacing the cabinets and having new doors and drawers is a total transformation from what we had. The craftsmanship that Ross and Trey displayed is exceptional. They were both curious and conscientious and great to work with. They answered any questions we had. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up each day before leaving. Mad City of Des Moines is lucky to have these 2 young men working for them. Our experience with Mad City of Des Moines was terrific

Mad City installation Team AJ Allen and Keenan, were professional and prompt; They showed up with a smile and a handshake, they started by explaining how the install would go. They took a quick look of the work area. They came and laid down mats to keep my home clean of any debris and they got Write to work. Throughout the whole install whenever there was a change or small adjustment that needed to be made, I was included and what was happening . And then they got right back to work To do that voodoo that they do so well and Just short of eight hours (“bam!) My bathroom shower has been installed. Matt city I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for My Wife, Home and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! P.S Matt city rocks!

Highly recommend Mad City Windows! I was the unfortunate victim of tornado damage in late April. After my own research and other estimates by competitors, the sales presentation by Tucker K sold the company and the product! First batch of windows were ordered May 9th and installed on June 5th! Adam W and Aaron C did the installation — they were polite, efficient, cleaned everything extremely well, and answered all of my questions! I am awaiting delivery of my second order of windows … **EDIT** My second install of additional windows, ordered 6/5 and installed today, 7/12, by Joshuah and Rigo — this team was just as stellar as the first. They were on time, efficient, and did a wonderful job on the 5 new double-hungs! I will happily recommend Mad City Windows to friends and neighbors!

I would like to tell the world of the amazing work that our installer levi. L from mad city did on my bathroom walk in shower. His work is outstanding, fast, profesional workmanship, and just great job. We love everything about or new shower and would refer levi to anyone one needing a new bathroom. Thanks again.
