When the champion rep came to talk to us about new windows, he was very polite and friendly, he included our grandkids in the demonstration. There wasn’t even a sales pitch, it was more like a visit. Now I’m just excited about having new windows in my house!!!!!

We thought this experience was going to be a good one! All talk up front!! Felt a little pressured when that came to measure! When installed some of the windows didn’t fit right! But they put foam in to seal it instead of remeasuring and getting the right size! Been waiting on a window because one was broke in transit 2weeks past due! The finance is a joke!! We’re only supposed to be paying interest for 6 month, but they keeps wanting more! Every time we call to talk or discuss issues with them they never answer and are put to voicemail then hangs up before I can make a voicemail! If I could cancel everything and give windows back I would

I had a quote today and a demonstration of how their window glass is different than others. We have bay windows and couldn’t afford to replace them as is. Zach offered to flatten them and it saves us over half. Can’t wait to have them installed.

Zach was amazing! Got a great deal on my windows. Needed SOOO much work done, but he was able to make it happen! (Even got a same day discount XD) The windows got installed quickly and I have fallen in love with them! They look so beautiful and I will be calling Zach for all my window replacements. Such a nice young man. Even my rescue pitbull loved him (and he’s a fighter).
