Window World did a great job installing replacements for all of the windows in my house. I live in an unusual 1950 Lustron home, made entire of steel, so I was nervous about the installation, but it went just fine. The windows are good quality, and I’m sure my electric bill will be reduced. They also muffle noise from the street very well, and I hadn’t even thought about that.

We had the best experience with Window World! Starting with the salesman that sold us our windows down to the installer’s! The team they sent to our house was fabulous! Took care of our home like it was their own! We absolutely LOVE our new windows and would recommend Window World to anyone!

Poor customer service and very poor quality installation. Heather (owner) engages in dishonest business practices and her sales team is more slimy than a used car salesman. Their warranty is a scam.

Had all the windows replaced. I had a few different quotes and one company quoted me close to $50,000. Window world came in and did a quote of just under $12,000. I have 2 large windows and 11 regular size. I was prepared for it to be caos since I run a daycare out of my home. Ron’s crew did amazing at working with me on getting the inside of half my daycare done while I kept the kids in the other half. Then they did the other half and I moved my daycare kids to the room they finished. Ron’s crew was polite, clean, and made me feel at ease.
