Lifetime warranty is worthless. My parents bought after owner went on and on about warranty. A piece that allows window to shut tightly broke and they have given my 86 year old mother excuses for over a year. By looks of a few other reviews this is not abnormal for them. I would not recommend making a large investment on windows with this company, as their word doesn’t mean much.

BEWARE – NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. The lifetime warranty they offer is worthless. They let me know a replacement window was received in September, 2023. It’s now April, 2024, and they have yet to install it. I’ve called several times and they will only tell me I’m on the list. They can’t even tell me where on the list I’m at. I contacted the BBB for their assistance since they are listed as an accredited business with an A+ rating. This company didn’t respond to their requests. Rating was changed to NR (no rating). It s/b an “F” based on how they conduct business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! 5/23/2024 Update: The BBB has revoked their accreditation and the rating is now an F. Buyer beware.

My Mom has been trying to get her living room bay window fixed for the last year, as there is part of the window where it has a leak and let’s moisture inside between the glass. Supposedly this company ordered the parts months ago and then we were told parts got misplaced because package wasn’t labeled correctly, now we wait again as we are told they have no one to do the warranty work. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: If you buy something, how does a business do the work if they have no one to install?? I was told by the girl who answers this business phones, that she would have a manager call me…. that was 2 weeks ago and no call back. I hope owner or a responsible manager calls me back to follow up with these issues, as my next phone calls goes to the attorney general’s office and the Better Business Bureau. Very unprofessional!!

We had Abbey come and give us quotes for windows. She helped us understand the process and the selections we could make. She was thorough without being overwhelming. We felt like she took her time and wasn’t trying to push a sale on us, but would genuinely answer our questions. She was great to work with. We love our windows! They look great, function well, and we have been very happy. We have been very happy with this whole process and are hoping to be able to use Farm and Home again soon for siding.

A few summers ago we used F&H for our siding projects because we wanted a locally and family-owned company with decades of experience and a reputation for quality work and products. Windows, sliding glass patio doors and whole-house siding are projects F&H has completed for us over the years and we are glad we put our trust in Abbey and her team. Customer service response is fast and workmanship is what you hope for.

This was the most professional window & siding company that we encountered. They offer quality products with a great warranty, including workmanship all with a very fair price. They care about their customers and want to ensure that they are happy with their investment. We worked with Randy and his daughter Abbey, who were never pushy when making our decisions. We have used them in a couple different houses now, and we love how they are very responsive every step of the way. Thank you Farm & Home Builders! I replaced several windows and we are very happy with them – they look great and they work well. Abbey and her crew are responsive and helpful. They were very focused on making me happy and getting the job done. I look forward to using them again as I replace more windows.

Abbey & her crew at Farm & Home were great to work with when we had our soffit & fascia replaced, our windows capped, & our entire house resided. We actually started with one job, but were so pleased that we hired them for the others. I was a pretty high-maintenance sale (indecisive & a LOT of questions!), but they were very patient & shot us straight as far as what was involved with each job, etc. The crew was delightful; they showed a lot of concern & care for the work they were doing, & our satisfaction. I trust each & every person there wholeheartedly.
