Erick and his crew are personable, motivated, efficient, and professional. Furthermore, Erick’s team-building skills create a well-functioning work force whose members are taking on more responsibilities. Eventually they will have the knowledge to manage their own crews for Mad City Windows & Bath. Erick and his associates replaced the original aluminum-framed windows (12) in my 1970’s ranch; and the patio slider (1). The house cooled with the installation of each window. The new 3-panel patio door unit blocked the heat that was palpable through the original. The fan for the HVAC unit that sits next to the house sounds quieter. At the end of the day they removed the protective tarps, vaccuumed, removed all remnants, and cleaned. There was no evidence that Erick and crew had been here. Their parents would be proud. And, they were kind to an anxious Mattie Ross whose nose prints will eventually adorn my new windows. The product was what I had ordered. The 2-day installation was exemplary. I highly recommend Erick and his associates from Mad City Windows & Baths.

Erick was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He has a great personality and answered all my questions. He was meticulous and very good attention to detail. His assistant, Antonio, was very good, as well, in making sure everything was done correctly. They were fast from start to finish and cleaned up thoroughly after installation was completed. He ensured that all my concerns were addressed and any issues were corrected. I would request him for the next replacement of windows in my house.
