I’ve been meaning to review Best Window and Door Co. for some time. We got our windows, back patio door and front door replaced and it was such a wonderful job! I could shout my praises from the rooftops! Robert was the person we dealt with in the office and Jeremy and his daughter did a FANTASTIC job of installation. I cannot recommend this company enough for their professionalism, courtesy and service. Keep your business local and call Best for all your windows and door needs!

They are great people. They helped me load larger custom made picture windows. One window is 6 feet by 6 feet. It weighs 300 Lbs.

Best replaced my windows in October of 2022. They are wonderful quality windows and the crew did a great job installing them . I get compliments all the time and have not had any issues whatsoever with the windows. Great costumer service and stand behind their products . Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had our front door replaced and we absolutely love it! The quality of the product is outstanding. We did have to wait several months (ordered early April, door installed Oct. 3) but we live in a post-COVID world where these things just take longer. And the wait was SO worth it. The installation was done in one day and it looks beautiful. I was nervous about our plaster walls getting some damage during all of this but they took great care to be sure this didn’t happen. Andy they vacuumed my floor before they left 🙂 I will 100% use Best Window & Door again!

We had our sliding patio door replaced today. Jeremy did the install. He treated it like it was his own house. Perfect work! We couldn’t be happier!!! Would definitely recommend these folks to friends. Thanks all 🙂

We could not be happier with our service from Best Windows and Doors. We got exactly what we wanted when we replaced all our windows in the fall of 2019. The installation itself was quick and efficient. We are thrilled to be saving at least 15% on our power bill every month this winter!!

My wife and I, was working with a different salesman last year and really liked him so, we got back in touch this year with Best. We had a different sales man come by for a price to replace some windows and a patio door. The prices did rise a bit but, not too bad. We went with him to go ahead a replace them. We did have to wait a while for them to make it to us after we hired them. When the did get to us, they 3 guys where great! They was always on time when they said they would be here to start every morning. They also, answered every question I ever had. The workers did a great job. Looks great! They cleaned up every day. No worries there. The ONLY reason for 4 instead of 5 starts? The last day of install. the crew was working 2 instead of 3. They was almost finished with our home and around lunch time, the supervisior came told me they got pulled from a job and had to go 1 hour each way to get measurements for a different job. I asked if they would be finished today and he assured me they would. It was a few hours later when they got back. Then, he told me the owner would be dropping by. ( no biggie.) My wife called the salesman to see what was taking so long, he did know about them being pulled from our house. My wife asked him if our house would be finished and he told her if not today, the next day. We where told from beginning it would take the 3 days to complete the job. This was day 3. So, for them to pull crew off to travel that far away on day 3 and maybe not get job finished was unsat. That’s why no 5 stars. The owner even knew they got pulled away. Anyway, they did do a great job I can’t take that away from them. They also did get it finished in the 3 days.

This has got to be the best company to do business with. We dropped in to see about getting an estimate on new windows. We were given a tour to see how their windows are made. Quite impressive to see! When Robert came out to give an estimate, he was very professional, informative, and answered all of our questions. The best part, you are not pressured at all! When it was time for installation, the crew was the best!! Matt said he treats all of his jobs like it’s his own home and it shows!! Very friendly!! They did such a great job!! They definitely know what they are doing since they were done in two days!! Can’t thank them enough!! Anyone looking for new doors and windows should definitely check this company out!! Best customer service and workmanship you’ll ever find!! We are loving our new windows and sliding door!! We will definitely be back for the remaining doors!!! Thank you again!!

I had an issue with one of my replacement windows. I just couldn’t open or shut the window more than an inch or so. I called before 10 am, spoke to a real person (rarity in this day and age). Best window employee???said they would be here by 1pm!!! By the time I got home at 430pm everything was fixed!!! And no invoice. Best window just won me over! I will be telling all who will listen that they are a great company

We love our new replacement windows from Best Window and Door. The installers were very professional, explained what they were doing, did a great job and cleaned everything up. The staff was very helpful and we never felt pressured. Highly recommended!
