I cannot say enough good about Window Universe. We used them a few years ago to replace all the windows on our home, and again more recently to replace our exterior doors. Drew is extremely responsive and patient, as I had a lot of questions while trying to decide what the best product was for us. Anytime we’ve had issues come up, he is on top of it and helping us get them resolved in a timely fashion. Scheduling installation for both windows and doors was easy, and the installation teams were friendly and efficient. We got quotes from some other companies but enjoyed the easy process of scheduling a quote, and they did not utilize pressure tactics to force us into a decision. If you’re looking for windows or doors, this is your place!

I was offered 0% financing for 18 months by Window Universe through Wells Fargo. I set up automatic payments on the loan. After 18 months, the automatic payments did not clear the loan balance and I was charged a $10,000 interest charge for the window loan. Beware if you take the financing, they are opening a line of credit for you with predatory rates and it doesn’t work like a normal loan…

They Do Not follow up with service if there is a problem. I have called them 10 times over they past two years and gotten no response. I have leaky windows and a glass door that has problems. Still, no return on calls. I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog.

I have had a leaking window off and on for a year and a half. Still no resolution. Call last we and have not heard back on a planned repair date. Steer clear of them.

We replaced all of our windows except one and they meet all of our requirements. Called them to replace the one they missed and that one window price quote was half the price of the total for ALL the windows. Very disappointing that after we gave them our whole house replacement business they would not cut us a break. Also don’t get too excited about their warranty, we have a broken seal in one of the windows and have been waiting for months for them to replace it and they are a no show. Take your business somewhere else.

We got estimates from three companies, and were impressed by the prices, product info and responsiveness of Window Universe. Drew answered all my questions. We ordered our windows early in the summer, but due to COVID issues, the manufacturer didn’t get the windows made until mid-December, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. We’re very pleased with our windows – they are attractive and work very well. The one negative was that the installers gouged some wood trim around our patio door, but on the other hand they took down our blinds and re-hung them. All in all we’re very satisfied and recommend Window Universe to our neighbors.
