Was promised to do the siding on my house and left the job undone. Mike the salesman said he would take care of it and then no more communication. Unless you want them to do everything they say needs to be done and you can afford it, don’t expect them to do the job promised.

Excellent company to do your windows and and exterior trim project. They were very reasonable price wise. Customer service was excellent. Took a little longer than initial estimate, but well worth it. Anderson by Renewal was such a “RIP OFF” compared to them. Highly recommend this company. I already got them 3 referrals and more are on the way as all my family and friends saw the work they did at my house and were asking for their number. Keep up the good quality and well priced work.

I had a problem with a window leaking water when it rained. I contacted other companies and requested their help and had trouble with other companies responding. I contacted Window Makeover and they responded very quickly and determined the window could not be repaired. They ordered me a new window and got it installed sooner than they had anticipated. The planner, project manager and installers were all very prompt when they visited. And the installers did an excellent job.

I had 7 casement windows in my kitchen worked on by Window Makeover. 3 had sash replacements, 2 rebuilds of the casement and remaining were adjustments to the windows for closing. This is my second time in dealing with this company and in each case they did what they said they would do and the work was done with good results. Attention to detail was noted in this work as well as one window required a new crank mechanism that was no longer made. Before ordering a replacement part, the technician reviewed the details of the new part to ensure I would be satisfied with the end result. I was completely satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company.

Had an amazing experience with this company from the quote process to the measuring and the installing. Everyone was very thorough and professional and very efficient. If I ever need a window repaired again I will not hesitate to use this company again.
