June 2020 Review : When Mark Fadely came to my home to give me an estimate for all my windows, my first thought was I wanted to hire his company to do my windows, but I also thought his price must be more expensive compared to my other quotes from three other window installers. I was impressed that the owner himself came to meet with me, and the reviews I read about his company were all stellar. As it turned out, his price was the most reasonable. He patiently worked with me on the specifics that I wanted for my windows. His installers led by Danny were the best. They were very friendly, worked efficiently and tried their best not to disrupt our routine. It took four days to completely install the over 30 Alside casement with colonial grid. And it’s worth every penny! May 30, 2024 Review- I was cleaning my windows today when one of the casement window’s upper “arm” connection on the second floor of my house came loose. I immediately contacted Fadely Home Design to have someone come to my house for fear that the window would fall off. I did not have to wait long. Chris called me back to say that he was 15 minutes away to my house! What an excellent service! After 4 years, Fadely Home Design still takes care of their customer!! Chris easily fixed the problem and did not even charge me a cent. I was so right about them 4 years ago. They were and STILL are the best in the business!!

Fadely was recommended by a neighbor who had done extensive research on replacement windows. Chris was pleasant and informative but there was no sales pressure. The installation was on schedule and done very professional by people who were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I am thrilled with the look and quality of the windows, and I would highly recommend Fadely.

The window install was 4.5 stars. Half star off because it took longer to install them. We also had doors installed, one door to our garage, one door to main house, a screen door, and sliding door. One star at the most. We had to call back multiple times regarding the garage door not latching properly. The screen door is a piece of garbage and wish I did not have them install it. It looks really bad. The main door has some of the wood breaking apart where ii latches. The sliding door sticks badly. In the future use them for windows and that’s it.

I recently had my windows replaced and was very happy not only with the up front discussion with Chris as he explained the OKNA window background and specs, but he was straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. As far as the install crew (Danny and Nelson), these guys were great. You know skill and experience when you see it in action. They were fast, efficient and friendly, and they assured me that Fadely will be there if I ever have any questions or need service. I highly recommend Fadely Home Design.

We had all of our windows replaced with Fadely Homes as well. Like it has been said…. Getting a quote was easy and fast (no hours long sales pitches like other companies tried to give). Okna windows. Pricing was VERY competitive. Installation was quick, easy and well done. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Update: Issues are currently being addressed. We ordered windows in September 2021. They were installed in April 2022. We pointed out several issues after install. (Some window sashes were damaged. Some screens were warped. Some screens were white while others were black. A piece of trim was missing from our foyer. A window was left unstained.) Our last communication with Fadely was July 2022, when we were told all issues would be taken care of. In February 2023, we reached out to Chris about the issues and did not get a response after one week. When we called the office, our concerns were immediately heard. We were told someone would be out the next week to again listen to all concerns so they could be addressed. It has now been almost a month since our call and no one has been out. No one has called or e-mailed. We are growing increasingly frustrated now that we are in March 2023 with several unaddressed issues. We hope they will be addressed soon.

5 Star Experience from start to finish! Chris Pasa was great to work with – we were seeking to replace 6 windows in an area of our home that was an addition from the 80’s. He took measurements, asked us a few questions about style preferences, and got us a quote quickly. There was no long sales pitch at the kitchen table, no attempt to upsell the remaining windows at our house, just a simple transaction of understanding what we were looking for and then making it happen! Fadley’s installers arrived when scheduled, did their work well, cleaned up everything and left no trace behind. A terrific experience from start to finish.
