From sale to install to payment Surber’s was very easy and reasonable to work with. They were willing to come out to Kokomo, and the final product is A+. We’ll be using them for our remaining windows and maybe some attic ventilation fans.

Surbers:what a great experience,I done some research I found they do good work with very good windows and great customer service. So I called set up an appointment for the sales person to come and see what I wanted done and show me some windows, he was right on time very nice and very experienced with what he’s selling I needed 10 windows one being a picture window with a double hung on either side. We worked out a deal about a month later they called said windows were in set up a time to install bam they were 5 minutes early who does that now days? They said it would be a two day install they put 7 windows in and wrapped on the first day wow the next day they put the picture and double Hungs in and wrapped in Beautiful. The price for all the windows and the service was second to none, The installer’s Jason F we’re priceless you can tell they take pride in their work and very nice. I am adding some photos so you can enjoy my windows also. Give Surbers a call you’ll be glad you did.

Surbers replaced multiple large windows in our 60s ranch home. Had also previously done all the smaller windows, so we came back to them again. Alan M provided a detailed estimate and a great price. Mike B and Merrick R were excellent installers – courteous, clean, efficient. Windows look awesome, so much better than the old originals. Thanks!
