We had a leak from one very high window. Everyone agreed caulking was in bad shape. They also replace a piece of wood. Next rain water leaked inside again. But they had put new wood stuff on soaked wood and the wood they put got moldy. We called and they were willing to come but pay again. The issue is that they didn’t caulk from outside but they caulked outside from inside without being able to see much and missed the spot that was always without caulk. They wanted to come -highly fragranced when home is fragrance free due to health issues- and to pay them more? – We ended up hiring someone else -many didn’t want to deal with their job- and for $600 the new company caulked the window properly and also 5 more windows and 3 more doors. This VAA charged us $350 for that window issue and still leaked and it caused further damage in the window, stress and cost we have not repaired yet but at least we have no more leaks. If they didn’t want to deal with high window or had no such long ladder it is ok but they still went ahead and tried leaving the issue unsolved and causing further damage.

I wanted to say I’m very happy with my windows… I had multiple estimates and Andriy was the cheapest.. He came on time and repaired my casement windows.. My windows look and open like new… They were also clean… I will only contact Andriy for any future window projects .. thanks

I would give them more than 5 stars; Andre and his team did excellent work on a number of projects for us. They did everything in a professional way and on time. They always answered my call and listened to what we wanted. I have used them for a number of other special tasks in addition to Windows and Doors. They totally renovated our large porch, they fixed our wooden garage door, they fixed wooden floor around our hot-tub, and just this week they installed wall molding in our house. They use only the best of materials and take time to complete the job as needed. Prices are reasonable for our area and they are very respectful of privacy and cleanness. I strongly recommend them; they really care.

These guys are the best! They have done wonders with my 130 year old windows – removed many layers of paint and made them all look beautiful and operable. I highly recommend their service.

Just had the Glass replaced by these guys! I highly recommend them. Service and communication by them was top notch since day 1 when I requested work to be done. If you need any glass repair/replacement. Give these guys a call first!
