Had 18 windows replaced. All of the windows removed and the new ones installed in about 5 hours. The next day they finished up the trim on the windows to make them look great.

I’ve been skeptical about window and door companies for the past 3 years. I knew I needed new windows, but just could not trust those who had given consultations and estimates. Either it felt deceptive or unreasonably priced. Well, this all changed after meeting with Eric. He was genuine, honest, professional, yet understanding. He provided all the information I needed to make a decision and did not apply any pressure to buy or timelines to decide. Choosing Eric and Pegasus Windows was the best decision I made. Eric and his crew did an awesome job on my house. I would highly recommend him and his work crew to anyone. owning a glass company of my own. (auto Glass). Eric and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. 3 double hung windows and one bay window, finished in one day. Clean up was great too. Communication with Eric was great, answered all my questions and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Eric and his team.

I usually wait a year before writing a review, time for the new purchase enthusiasm to wear off and time for the problems to show up, if any. I’m making an exception in this case. Pegasus windows in Westchester, Illinois installed/replaced thirteen windows in my house. The company owner, Eric, was professional and responsive to questions and concerns. The installation team, two men, arrived on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. I managed to look over their shoulders and saw for myself the care they were taking to get the job done right. In the end, there were no leaks, the windows operate smoothly, and the windows look good both on the inside and outside. They used Climate Solution’s windows, a Franklin Park, Illinois company. Time will tell if the windows hold up. Although I don’t anticipate issues.

Great experience with Pegasus! We replaced 4 windows in the front of our home. Eric was great to work with – very responsive, professional, and a nice guy. Our windows were installed in less than 4 weeks after we ordered them which was faster than expected. The guys that installed them did the work in a morning and did not leave anything for us to clean up. The windows look great – modern and clean. Our neighbors even commented how nice they look! Great work Pegasus!
