Thermalcraft has earned my business. I had a patio sliding door installed a few years ago and I’m still happy with it. So when I decided to replace all of my windows, they were my choice. The customer service experience was a 5 from the start and the work itself, measuring then delivering and installing was also a 5. I highly recommend this company!

The owner of this place is a real tool zero customer service. I called to see if I could change my appointment time 1 hour later and he said 12 noon was too late for him cause he needed to go home and get ready for a vacation he was taking 5 days later. When I asked him if his vacation was more important then his customer’s he said yeah do I have a problem with that? Please look elsewhere this guy doesn’t care about anyone but himself.

They did a great job on my Patio Door. It looks amazing! They were work ethics were great too. They were on time and cleaned after they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love my back screen door with manufactured doggie door built in. I broke the handle last month and Thermalcraft ordered it and installed it for me in a few days. Great for a senior with arthritis. Much appreciated

For our first window buying experience – I am grateful we went with Thermalcraft! As a family-owned business who have been around for decades- they have been friendly, understanding, and highly professional. Barry came over for the initial measure, and was patient with us as we asked question about other future projects. He printed us a quote and immediately bought it on the spot. The window came in 4 weeks quicker than estimated – which was perfect given our project timeline. Installation was quick, clean, and perfect (our current window frame was rotted and weird) and Frank, who installed, did a great job! Neighbors began asking during the install who we went through because the window looks so good! I absolutely LOVE the window (that’s an understatement), and I cannot wait to do the other massive window we have. We plan on using them for multiple doors and a siding project in the future.

We purchased two beautiful storm doors from Thermalcraft last summer. This week, one of the “hold open” mechanisms failed. We called and spoke with Pat, who came right over to our house, removed the faulty cylinder, and then came back a week later with the replacement, and installed it. We’ve been using Thermalcraft for doors, windows, and gutters for over 25 years. They have always had fair prices and excellent customer service! They are a great local company!

We chose to work with with Thermalcraft because they were close to the house and we got a good quote from them. We will be using Thermalcraft for everything else in the future because of the quality of work, and the great customer service we received during and after installation. Top notch craftsmanship and competitive pricing don’t usually go hand in hand- but Thermalcraft is the real deal. I also LOVE that it’s a family owned business who doesn’t outsource any of their jobs.
