Great communication. Prompt install and good customer service. We had several windows installed by Tilman Jones and Sons and they did a fantastic job transforming my house. They even reworked their schedule to ensure the install was completed in full within two days. Really appreciate all they did and would certainly use again in the future.

Our patio door was leaking air. We called Window World to come and check it out. The supervisor came to look at it. They were prompt and thorough in determining the issues. She also checked out our windows. She determined what we needed and called when those parts were in. The gentleman (Allen, I believe) who came to fix it was very thorough, professional and attentive. He went above and beyond to take care of our problems and made a big difference in the amount of air that was leaking from them. He replaced and repaired everything that might be causing an issue. We were very happy with the service we received. I would order more windows from this company knowing they have excellent customer service and stand behind their products.

They installed my windows like 8 years ago. I had a window lose the seal between its panes and it only took less than a minute to give them the info they needed and have the replacement ordered under their lifetime warranty even after such a long time from the service. I really expected this to be a pain to get done but I was entirely wrong. I couldn’t be more impressed with their response. The original install of all the windows went just as well, too. Couldn’t be happier with these folks.

Had a very good experience with window world. At first we had a scheduling problem but Meredith the supervisor reached out to me and made things right. The crew was very professional and respected my home and they really knew what they were doing. They did 11 replacement windows in about 4 hours and the quality is awesome! Highly recommended!

From the salesman to the installers, all professional and always on time. I had one issue with the track two years after install and when I emailed the company they called and had the repair scheduled within an hour.

Ordered replacement stationary sliding glass door May 5, 2022. It is now September 13, 2022 and still no door. They have no replacement door, but they have plenty of excuses. UPDATE:. Door supposed to be installed 9/28. I’ll update review to reflect my approval after that date. UPDATE: New stationary door installed 9/29/22. The reason this glass is being replaced is because it turned hazy since originally being installed in 2017. Glass installed yesterday still looks like it has a haze on it. I upgraded my “stars” to 2 stars, from 1. I’ll give 1 more star because the installer was nice and skilled in his work. Not happy with the haze, but don’t want to deal with this again, being this replacement door panel took 5 months to get. It’s nice that they warrant their doors/windows for life, but I guess you get what you pay for. Haze.
