We recently hired Wilke Window and Door for a window replacement project on the rear of our home. The experience was wonderful. Angie was always accessible to answer any questions I had. The installers did an exceptionally great job. When I got a bid from other window places, I was informed that I would need to replace my marble sills because they would be destroyed during the installation. Wilkes crew did not mar any of the sills and I thought I would need to repaint around the windows following completion. It is not necessary. On a side note, a robin built a nest on one of the high up windows. The workers moved the nest to a gutter and quickly put the nest back. The baby birds all survived and left the nest about four days later. I would highly recommend using Wilke. I have used them in the past and will continue to.

Beware of this company (my opinion). We had four patio doors replaced. We paid over $10k in full and up front, on good faith that the doors would be delivered and installed. There were minor issues with the install that I took care of myself. My significant other was not happy with the price or the service. She posted a negative review. The response from Wilke was that they could not find her records and therefore she “has never been a customer”. Wilke went on to state that she “has no knowledge of our current products, prices, or service”. And then finished that her “comments to be unjust or slanderous in nature”. With those FALSE statements, Wilke then hired an attorney to send her a letter threatening her with a defamation lawsuit unless she deleted her post. It’s ironic that Wilke claimed not to know her but had her address for the attorney. Mr. Wilke, you have spent several hours in our home, so you know our address. In fact, you still owe me $2,500 for the copyrighted design and drawings of your new “million dollar home”, that I finished and delivered to you last year. We will never use Wilke again and urge others to use caution when dealing with this company and Mr. Wilke. These words are 100% the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Had to replace 2 windows in master bedroom. The installers were on time! Patiently answered my questions and cleaned up afterwards. The new windows are a huge improvement over my almost 30 year old contractor grade ones I’ve used Wilke on various building projects since 1989. I highly recommend them.
