Before contacting Royalty Windows, I had reached out to a couple other companies whose high-pressured salesmen, along with their ridiculous sales pitches and high prices, led me to question their tactics, and further my knowledge of the window replacement business/process. Eventually, this knowledge led me to a small, family owned business, out of Glenview, Illinois-Royalty Windows-an excellent, 5 star rated company! From my initial phone call, to the very conclusion of the window installations, everything was done first class! NO HIGH-PRESSURED SALESMEN! What a relief! They were honest, sincere and forthright in their presentation, communication efforts, and reasonable in their pricing. I cannot even begin to describe the utmost perfection and quality of work by the installer. He did a phenomenal job! Initially, I was so worried about the mess this installation would make. There absolutely was no mess. He cleaned up so well, and made sure the entire area of each window was spotless and smudge-free. Thank you for a job well done!

FANTASTIC and profession family owned company. From the start of getting our new windows put in to the finish it was a seamless experience. As busy working parents the company was efficient and made things extremely easy. The installation crew was clean, on time, and also extremely professional. If you are in need of getting your windows replaced I Highly recommend (it is to note that we received estimates from a variety of companies and this was by far the best fit for us).

We had a very positive experience back in 2021 with Royalty Windows. They have competitive prices and were not pushy during the sales and estimation process. We were interested in a specific type and brand of window and they were able to get us exactly what we were looking for. The crew was able to install 8 windows of varying sizes along with trim in a single day. They coordinated well with another crew for some other exterior work we were having done at the same time. They cleaned up after the work was completed and we’re able to quickly resolve all of the minor issues that were raised during the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done well and we were happy with the end result. We highly recommend Royalty Windows for your replacement window needs!

Wonderful customer service. David is very easy going, has great suggestions and is very responsive. I ordered over 30 windows for a 2 flat. I got a mix of vinyl and wood interior Marvin windows based on his suggestion. This reduced costs for me while maintaining style. The install was easy. I did have a small issue with one window after installation and they came out right away and fixed it. It is also a family owned business which I prefer to big box stores. They tend to care about their customers more.
