Had a broken panel on a double-pane vinyl window at my home and was expecting to have to replace the entire unit; but Nick assured me he could repair it like new for a fraction of the cost and he certainly came through. He came out quickly to quote the repair, had the replacement panel ready within a few days, and made the repair quickly and hassle-free for me. The window looks absolutely perfect and it cost exactly what he quoted me (again, a fraction of a replacement). He was never anything but professional, punctual and courteous… you might not be able to find a nicer person to do business with! He even helped me source the parts to repair a few broken latches on other windows within my house. I would highly recommend Joliet Glass Block Window Co. for any window repair services or other projects!

Amazing work! The company went above and beyond what they needed to. Windows that would have taken normally a week to two to get were in within a day and my glass block windows were replaced first thing the following day. Highly recommended company. Good prices also.

He was the only block window co to answer the phone on a Saturday Morning!..customer service friendly and answered all my questions!…although he could not do an installation in Chicago, joliet block did give me a referral to a company on chicago who would. ..Thank you for being a great example of what a 5 star company should be. .
