We needed to replace 20 year old Pella wood windows for our entire home. A friend recommended Semko. We did our due diligence and obtained 3 quotes. Semko had the best price and the best warranty, and we appreciated that they are a family-owned business. They were great to work with from start to finish. In addition to the new windows, they researched options for our unique patio door. Installation was quick and professional. The new windows and door have improved our home aesthetically and we could really feel the difference this winter – the house feels much warmer and quieter! We are thrilled with our Semko windows/door and would highly recommend!

We received quotes from 5 different companies and Semko’s price was the best. They replaced 30 windows in our 100+ year-old 2 flat. Their team was friendly, communicative, and on time. They worked very fast, but nothing was rushed – it’s clear they just know their stuff. Our windows are beautiful and they left our place as clean (maybe cleaner) than they found it. The weather is in the negatives right now and it feels warmer inside than it did last winter with our old windows when it was 30 degrees warmer outside.

Jay was our initial contact with Semko. He explained everything to us; came out to take measurements; sent us a quote. We had a three person crew do the removal of nine old windows and replacement of the same. The work crew was courteous, easy to have in our home, and very hard working. Our floors and furniture were covered during the installation. Time was taken to explain things about our new windows to us. I have done extensive research into window replacement companies. Semko made a long overdue job painless. There were no gimmicks or surprises. Everyone we dealt with was more than willing to answer our questions and take time with us to explain things. Everything was upfront and straightforward. I highly recommend Semko.

I am a home builder and I deal with a lot of new windows. This is the first time Ive needed replacement windows and the quotes were all over the board. Semko provided what I thought was a fair price for the entire home of windows we replaced with them in 2022. The process was smooth and communication was consistent throughout the process. The install crew was on time, professional, clean and did a great job. The quality of the window has been very good so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them or use them again.

I reached out to multiple companies including Semko before deciding on Semko for 13 window replacements based on the significantly lower price Semko offered as well as glowing reviews anywhere I could search. I was skeptical that they would provide the level of customer service when offering the lower price than competitors but Semko was fantastic every step of the way. They stuck to their installation date, arrived on time, all windows replaced in one day and they were neat and tidy when doing so. I cannot recommend Semko enough and will also use them on any future projects I encounter.

This family owned and operated business provided the best value in replacement windows for our smaller house. You can still get a Pella wood window and not pay an arm and a leg.

I just had four living room windows installed and they are just beautiful. Working with Jay was a pleasure. The windows were reasonably priced and came when estimated. The windows were a perfect match to my existing windows. The installers were professional and cleaned up very well. They did a great job. I would highly recommend Semko, Inc. for your window needs.
