Company was overall a rating of 10 out of 10!! From salesman to project manager to office personnel and most important the build team Fred and Chris a big shout-out Job Well Done!! I will most definitely use this company for future projects in my home..and will pass on by word of mouth should anyone need this service..Again thank you to all Next Door Window staff.

We love our new entry door!! Joe Oddo, design expert, helped us select and design the perfect door! He presented us with many options to choose from. The transom window on top of the new door required specific measurements to allow for a shutter. The end result exceeded our expectations. Jonathan our project manager kept us informed from beginning to end. Mike set up installation to meet our needs. The installation team, Fred M. And Chris, worked efficiently and did an excellent job! Very friendly and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Such a wonderful experience! We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Next Door and Window. We will definitely use them again in the future!!

I gave Next Door & Window a 5 star rating because that’s the highest I could pick on this survey. We needed some new windows and doors and after doing some research, thought we’d stop at Next Door and Window Naperville showroom and see what they had. They showed us around and explained about all the windows and doors they offered. We settled on the Marvin Infinity replacement windows and the Provia outside door and storm doors. The man we met with at the showroom was Scott, and he happened to be the sales rep who came to the house. The first thing we noticed was how punctual he was, and he was very knowledgeable about his products. Scott had this neat program on his computer where he could plug the different windows and doors we were considering into a picture of our house. That way we could see how the windows and doors would look on our home. Once we were happy the way everything looked, we placed the order. In about a week, another rep came out and re-measured everything to be sure the factory would have the exact measurements. About 8 weeks later, the order came in and we were contacted to set up an install appointment. The four installers we had were top quality, and everything was installed in 2 days. (9 windows, 2 entry doors, 2 storm doors) We would like to personally thank Getty, Vlad, Zach and Fred for their excellent work ethic and workmanship. They were very neat and efficient, respecting our home and property. We would not hesitate to recommend Next Door & Window Co.

I would have given them a 2-3 star at first. We bought 80k worth of windows and put a large deposit down in November for our new build and was told 10-12 weeks delivery. Turns out our sales guy dropped the ball and as he was telling us the windows were coming in any week the windows had not even been ordered until mid February. We were not happy at all. In the end the sales guy was let go and I felt NDW handled it with honesty and respect. They made it up to us with extras and really handled it well. I’d recommend them only because they owned the mistake and made it right.

Next window and door was wonderful to work with throught the whole window buying process. The sales associate was very patient and helpful. He answered all our calls in a timely manner and changed several things in the contract for us during the signing process….the windows arrived earlier than expected and the crew did a wonderful job installing all 16 of them over 2 days. The crew cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up some of my dirt by the front door! The windows look great and function perfectly. After install was done I had Costco come out to quote us on new blinds……the Costco worker told us that these were the best replacement windows he had ever seen. He said the person we hired did an excellent job. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were superb!!!

Excellent speedy work installing. Installers worked 10 hours straight doing a very physical job. Windows look great and function well only a couple of small problems with window hardware of which I have not yet brought to Next’s attention.

After a fruitless search for the perfect front door, we stumbled upon Next Doors and Windows in Burr Ridge, Illinois – and boy, are we glad we did! We were on the hunt for a double door, and unlike other places we’d visited, Next Door had exactly what we were looking for. From the get-go, their communication and service were top-notch. They were committed to providing us with the product we wanted, and they delivered on that promise. The installation process was seamless, handled by true professionals who knew their stuff inside and out. However, there was a minor hiccup along the way. The initial lock we had agreed upon wasn’t included in the final product. While it would’ve been appreciated to know this upfront, they swiftly addressed the issue and provided us with a suitable replacement. Despite this slight bump in the road, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Next Doors and Windows. Their extensive offerings, impeccable service, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice for anyone in the market for quality doors and windows.
