The secretaries that answer the phone or outstanding to our extra nice that I’ve got to know who keep me updated. Both Bree and Jasmin both give me text messages of updates on the replacement of some broken & defective windows. I’m very glad they stand behind windows that go bad, it happens. Also looking forward to the replacement of the windows that got technical problems. And also the big picture window that just mysteriously broke . I haven’t got a clue if it was hit by a bird or a deer banged into it with its antlers. So in the meantime, they will keep me posted when things can be replaced that got broke or defective. Hard to find great employees with all the help wanted signs everywhere. So hats off to Bree and Jasmin who work for Window Works Company I will be adding pictures as soon as the windows are replaced and finished so in the meantime, thanks to the Window Works Company and employees.

Had a very good experience. From sales, measurement, to installation to everything in between. I have an HOA & they were more helpful than the management company. My Window Works also got the work permit and the village came out the same day. Maybe that’s normal, I don’t know, but I appreciate it. Installation for new front door, 1 side lite, storm door & trim took 3 hours. Comparing quotes Window Works was fair with their pricing. Before and after photos.

Before and after photos. The entire process from sales to install was seamless. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up as they went along. From beginning to end the entire install of 7 windows ( with some needing rotted wood replaced) and a door took 5 hours. Impressive.

To begin with, we highly recommend contacting WindowWorks for any future installation plans. They are easy and professional to work with. We were fortunate to have been assigned to Two wonderful detailed oriented installers Paul who did much to improve the problems with the installation of sliding doors from several years ago, he took his time to find the solution and fix the problem. Micholovic was wonderful in installing the new door and making sure that the existing screen door we had would be installed back which was a concern of ours. He made the necessary adjustments to make this happen. Samantha is wonderful , pleasant and very easy to work with as she is kind and understanding when we call to request assistance. Looking forward to have a small situation fixed with the front door lock which we are sure will be taken care of if possible. We hope to have continued support from window works, as we plan on purchasing new windows in the near future. Thank you Ed and Mira Gibis

Installation was professionally done and both installers were knowledgeable. All materials were removed and the area was cleaned appropriately. I would highly recommend this company.
