***EDIT: Changed from 1 star to 3. Owner directly contacted me shortly after posting this review. Offered several options to make things right. I politely declined because I do not want that technician around my vehicles period.Hopefully things have changed for the next customer.*** 4 different windshields replaced since they opened this location…ONE was done correctly. Latest incident: non-factory glass installed despite staff VERIFYING that OEM was in vehicle and us specifically discussing it. I’d had enough and was going to make them install the correct windshield at their own expense. Before the new appointment (and in spite of several people advising I follow through) I had a change of heart thinking I didn’t want to “stick it” to a local small business so I verified they could return the OEM windshield they ordered and cancelled my appointment. 3 weeks have passed and not so much as a “thank you”, “we’re sorry” or “we’ll do better in the future”. As other reviews pointed out: -Rude technician…CHECK! -Damaged remote start module…CHECK! -Don’t seem to care that they run off customers…CHECK!
