We did not have the best experience with Dreamstyle. We put in a slider door and window in our bedroom and were promised by the salesman ( Terry ) a substantial decrease in noise and he stood in that room and said it could be done. The project started the end of March and we just paid today, July 31. There were measurement issues on the slider so it was very long and drawn out. We had them install a front door and that went fairly smoothly. This did not. They did discount our price but not to my satisfaction. Beware lots of promises made at point of sale , not to be fulfilled. I will say working with Rob Andrews has been the only redeeming outcome of this project. He is a man of his word and truly felt bad for how the project transpired.

I had an install in Colorado. The first contractor was blatantly homophobic and although that was corrected by them by sending a new contractor, it delayed my completion date with no compensation. THEN the trim wasn’t finished and the shower pan holds water because the slope isn’t enough and the project manager Zeke ignores me when I’ve reached out about it and now I have the finance company being told it’s completed with no way of contacting anyone. Do not go through here since they apparently don’t care about communicating with customers and following through with their warranty.

Didn’t even bother to call me back after canceling my appointment for an estament, and when I went to call to see why no one showed up, I kept getting put on hold forever or forwarded to someone completely different.

We met with Matthew. He listened carefully to the problems with our current door and presented a good solution. He was not a pushy salesman. We will update this review after installation.

DO NOT HIRE them. They mail out ads that offer generous discounts and free items, but of course with no prices. Then they come to your house and quote you an insanely inflated price based on nothing. No breakout of materials and labor. Over $16 K for just a shower that doesn’t include real tile. Don’t waste your time calling them.

chad rouse and riley clark did a amazing job the windows look great love the way the screens move for ease for cleaning and the back door is great im so glad we went with this company the front door didnt go as planned but chad assured us it will be fixed the right way i would total recommend this company and make sure to ask for chad and riley i cant say enough about how well the did and also did a great job cleaning up
