Taylor was great to work with selecting and scheduling our Pella windows up front. Communication and updates with Stevie along the way was also great. BUT, the install team Blake, Dalton, Francisco, Taylor and Fernando were top notch! On time, polite, clean and great attention to detail. This team works well together and knows what they are doing! Also, pretty fun to have around for a couple days! The windows are also great, noticed right away before the blinds were put back up that they were a lot cooler and quieter than the original builder grade windows that were replaced. We replaced 15 windows. Would definitely hire Boise Custom Windows again.

Replaced about 20 windows in our house. Blake and Dalton made an excellent team and did a great job. The work was done efficiently and professionally. We had some water damage in a poorly designed corner. They fixed the damage and recommended a gutter guy to fix the issue and prevent future damage. We look forward to working with them again when we replace the rest of the windows in our house.

I called and talked with Taylor, he let me know about the pricing and styles of windows that he had in stock. He was very fair and knowledgeable about what he sells and installs. Amazing customer service and very quick turnaround. Fernando came out and measured the broken window and was able to order a replacement. The window was installed in less than an hour. I will be choosing Boise Custom Windows for any future needs. Thanks again.
