Angel Lazo is the person you want to see at Coastal Window. He was able to coordinate the building and installation of 99% of the windows for our house. Clark Diamond was the sales person for the last 2 windows for our entire house. The measurements of the very last window was incorrect, resulting in a payment of $700 to correct his mistake. The receptionist and Production Manager responded to our inquiries when Clark Diamond would not answer our calls. Coastal Windows is an excellent company. Our entire house has Coastal Windows. Unfortunately, Clark Diamond does not fit into the excellence that Coadtal Windows is known for.

We really did our research and looked at all the top window installation companies on Oahu before choosing Coastal Windows to replace our 20-year-old, single pane windows that were getting hard to open and close. Coastal Windows is locally owned and the products they offer are EXCELLENT. All vinyl and even the sill they install is vinyl so you don’t have to worry about water or insect damage. This is NOT cheap, smelly vinyl. It’s super high quality and extremely durable with no odor or off-gassing. And customer satisfaction is their top priority! We were scheduled to have all the windows and our sliding door replaced in 5 days and Al and his team got the job done! Everyone on the team was courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. The windows are BEAUTIFUL, glass is double pane, can stand up to hurricane force winds, and block out UV rays. The windows also carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY which means we will never have to replace these windows again. I smile every time I open and close the new sliding door that runs along a professional grade track and slides like butter. Lots of compliments and ZERO complaints for Coastal Windows. Highly recommend you check them out. Ask for Angel. He’s the best!

Second time getting windows for our home renovations. They are quick and very good pricing,we have worked with Eric both times. The windows are made locally and the show room is conveniently located in Waipio.

Was looking for a last minute replacement for a jalousie window glass piece. I showed up to their place, brought the sample and they duplicated it for me in about five minutes. Put the new piece in and looks much better. It was a quick service! Much mahalo!

22 Nov. 2023 For our near ocean, streamside home Coastal’s 16-ft pocket glass door/screen system remains the perfect feature connecting our foyer, living area, and lanai. It’s excellent design and quality construction has served us well for 18 years ( nearly 12,500 opens/closes) of reliable use. Very impressed that this company not only manufactures locally but also provides in-place maintenance when needed.

Chris and John took great care of us, fixing an important detail on our order and even going the extra mile, adjusting the door and windows, and installing strike plates and finishing strips that our contractor hadn’t gotten around to. Thanks!

We had been to see almost every window/door company on the island and were feeling so-so about the quality of the products we had seen, and the staff we had interacted with at most of these companies. Then we went to the Coastal Windows showroom, and we knew, right away, that this was the company we wanted to work with! Very competitive pricing with great quality, is what sold us, but equally important was the care and professionalism that we were shown by the staff.
