I had a great experience with Window Makeover. The crew was efficient and polite. They replaced three windows for us in just over 2 hours. I had no need to paint the replacement as they used the original frames. Based on my experience I highly recommend their service. Great value and very little inconvenience.

I called, set an appointment, their estimator came by, gave me a rough idea about prices and I was happy up to that point. One week later and after several calls requesting their estimate, never heard back from them again. The lady that answers the phone has told me twice that she has an estimate but needs to check something and promises to send it asap. Then does not. I feel sorry for the company and workers. After having spent the gas and time to check my windows they lost a for sure customer just because they did not follow through with a simple task of providing an estimate. I guess they have thousands of clients so they can spare this one. Still, giving them a one star review.

I would highly recommend Window Makeover. We had a great experience and saved thousands since they were able to repair many of our windows as opposed to installing all new. I believe the company is ethical and professional. No high-pressure tactics.

Window Makeover just impressed me today and I am not easily satisfied. First, their quote to replace a “radiused window and the 2 side glasses over my front door was the best of 4 quotes that I got ( and I’m talking about the top 3 Window replacement Co.’s in Atlanta). The Rep who did the work – Cody, did an awesome job and didn’t even have anyone with him to help, due to an illness. I cannot say enough good things about the precision work he did. Very pleasant and respectful of the property; answered all of my questions and cleaned up when he was done!! Frankly, You rarely receive this kind of service anymore. If you need Window repair or replacement , don’t waste your time with the other big name guys. Some of them were simply ridiculous!! I am definitely going to recommend Window Makeover in the future!

Waste of time. Called in 2 days earlier for an appointment. Around 12-1 They never showed up and never received a call back. Derek called me early in morning saying he was available due to an opening and 15 minutes away. 9:30. I missed the call unfortunately. Still haven’t been able to reach Derek.

I was pleased with my interactions with Window Makeover from start to finish. The lady who took my call was friendly and professional. Logan, the window technician, arrived promptly and carefully checked my window, which had caused water leakage inside my home. He explained the likely cause of the leak and sealed the outside of the windows. I appreciate the time and care the company took with me; thanks!

Logan was incredibly helpful! Found a potential source of a leak around a window that had stumped multiple people and he addressed it during the estimate. Will think of them first for all future window needs.

Chris was very helpful and thorough in addressing my window issues and the fix happened very quickly after the initial visit. Quick in and out and very communicative—I highly recommend for low drama window fixes!

I had 2 large 6ft picture windows that needed sashes to be replaced. This company is happy to repair windows. They also make custom sized sashes to match your existing windows. Was very satisfied with their team work from answering numerous questions to providing an estimate to being on time to getting the work done and having a supervisor visit to check if I was satisfied and completing the installation. Derek, Logan, Chris and Cody great team work!

I reached out to this company to repair or replace an existing Pella window that is 5 years old. The quote provided was fairly high. Additionally, they failed to consider that my window was still under warranty. As opposed to offering a labor only option, they attempted to sell me a new window. This seems like a poor sales tactic to boost revenue.
