Everything went well, didn’t get a inside handle for my shower door thou. But other then that they did a fantastic job!

Brett sold us the overpriced windows and promised a Sam’s Club gift card instead of a barbecue (since we are vegetarians) back in July 2023. The workers did an excellent job installing the windows. Shortly after installation, we noticed a crack in the main picture window, which they replaced within a month. Fast forward to July 2024, a customer service representative called to check on the windows. I mentioned that the windows are fine but we are still waiting for the promised Sam’s Club gift card. She offered to give me Brett’s contact number, but I requested she follow up herself since Brett made the promise, and I shouldn’t have to chase him for it. She responded that I’m not entitled to the gift card. I immediately ended the conversation, refusing to hear any more from her. Rating: 2/5. The workers did a good job on installation and replacement, but the customer service and fulfillment of promises were poor.

I first met with Donald Cunningham who came to my home and gave me full display of all his products. Was blown away by his transparency and making things very clear and simple to me. This is in contrast to a window makeover company I used last year. I just wanted to get rid of rotting wood, Donald broke down for me how their windows will impact my quality of life and my electricity bill. Settled on changing the windows in back of my home. They look great. It was instantly more quiet and cooler in my living room blocking out this GA summer heat. Going to finish some more windows soon.
