This is been one of the worst product purchases experience I’ve ever had. We ordered Windows for the replacement of our home in Buckhead Atlanta, and we are still waiting on the replacement parts over one year later. I would not recommend the company or the sales team. Have been extremely difficult to work with. If you’re looking for windows. You should look for a company that provides full service I am disappointed in that we purchased windows from this company. We felt we did a significant amount of research for this large investment in our home in Buckhead. Liteworks disappointed us the minute they cashed the check.

I see how many terrible reviews there are so I’ll help you out with a 5. By the way, the far left lane on highways is the passing lane. You are required by law to move over for faster traffic. It’s called the passing lane, not the box truck texting and driving lane.

Worst experience I’ve had through my entire house build. Problems at every step and they don’t take responsibility and fix things. These morons have costed me so much time and money I can’t bring myself to waste more time listing all the specifics in this review. Steven is our rep. He sends us bad products, then argues with my wife and I that our installers are doing it wrong, later to find out that Steven was wrong and the products are totally messed up. We’ve been dealing with this for months and they are not resolving it. They just make excuses and don’t get back to us over and over. We’ve had to pay contractors to rip out multiple doors that weren’t correct then redo Sheetrock, paint, and electrical stuff over and over. They send the wrong doors, not enough doors, then too many doors, etc… Light works refuses to compensate us for any of this. We’ve had to pay installers twice to try and install a glass door that didn’t even have the correct parts and was cut to wrong lengths. These problems are keeping us from finishing our build and getting our CO and Mortgage. Absolutely terrible. Also the majority employees of this company I’ve talked to talk bad about Steven, our sales rep. Sounds like they don’t like him either. Real professional company they got going….

I contacted Liteworks for specialty window replacement on April 2022. Karen Brown got back to me; met me at the project; measured windows; and ordered windows for delivery. One of the windows was broken upon arrival, and one of the windows came in the wrong format for replacement. She said she would correct it and get a resolution. It’s several months of countless unreturned phone calls and ignored emails. Haven’t heard back in weeks. Completely unprofessional company. This is how they deal with projects that go wrong. Will be filing claim with the BBB and finding alternative solution as they offered silence.
