The four team workers arrived promptly; introduced themselves then began the work. They were professional and responded to any questions I asked. The rain came with a short time power outage; however, they proceeded. The team completed the work in a timely manner and the workmanship is impeccable. I highly recommend this team led by Gilber & Gonzalo.

Welp, after several months of waiting and being pushed off today was the day, the day Window World of Atlanta would install my door. First of all the installers showed up 2 hours early, normally a good thing but they showed up at 7 AM waking and frightening my entire family. After they finished I could see that the door framing was askew and asked the guy if it could be fixed and he shrugged and said it wasn’t fixable. Only after I said I couldn’t pay for it did he fix it properly, so I guess it could be fixed 🤷🏻‍♂️Now, cut to several hours later and several terrible experiences with customer service we are all paid up. What did I pay for? I see the nails they used to reframe the door have just been haphazardly smashed/bent into the frame and some/some aren’t caulked. On top of that they used our patio furnishings as a saw horse? Several other items I won’t waste my breath mentioning. Sure, I got a door installed. Worth it? Not at all. This place is a joke. Update: After posting this review I received a call from the Customer Manager asking how they could fix the issues. Well, I can’t say I want anyone from this company in my home again. Long story short, the issues with the install aren’t the problem, the real problem was my experience beginning to end with every representative of this company. Backpedaling and trying to do right by your customers after the fact is like squirting lemon juice in an open wound. I think at this point the only way this company could do right by me as a customer and have me change/remove this review is if they refund the full cost of the labor and the owner apologizes to me personally. I don’t expect this would ever happen so I’ll let the review stand and before anyone discards this as an angry “Karen” review, don’t, it’s not my style, take this as a serious warning from someone who experienced it first hand. I‘ll await the snappy clap back from management trying to CYA. Latest Update: The door leaks around the windows. What an absolute junk company this is. They only comments on positive reviews and doesn’t have the guts or integrity to fix/own the issue they created.
