We had a terrific time with a terrific rep! He gave us great discounts, was very friendly, was easy to talk to, and even thought of details on our behalf that helped us with our purchase. Charlie, sincerely cared for us and our purchase. We are impressed with Champion’s high quality of product and commitment to American jobs. They also offer so many options for payments and payment plans. I highly recommend!

I called Champion for a free estimate, and Charlie Mandt came to my house and listened to what I wanted (doors and storm doors). He was knowledgeable and friendly.

While the installers did an amazing job, I was very disappointed when they arrived, however, with only three windows. 12 weeks ago, I worked with the sales rep, who is no longer with the company, and I was under the impression I would be receiving four windows in their buy 2 get 2 free promotion. I discovered this morning that was not the case. My mistake is it appears the fourth window was erroneously left off the contract to my dismay and I should have read the contract, carefully, before signing it. I did not discover the error until this morning when the installers arrived. I have a full house of visitors this weekend and this is the purpose of why I want to complete this job. The leadership did offer and personally delivered a replacement without the window panes. However, due to my HOA, I feared and the fourth window located on the front of my home, I would get fined as all other front view windows have panes. What I would have hoped is they would have offered the window I ordered through their sales representative on May 7, who confirmed the fourth window could be included in the buy 2 get 2 deal. I would have never agreed to the deal without that fourth window because of the great deal! While the windows installed today, look very nice and while I do appreciate both leaders who came to my home to resolve, quite honestly, not replacing the window with like-kind is just not acceptable. Now I am left with a feeling that I got duped. My recommendation is to really look at your contract, before signing it. I took the sales rep’s word. Shame on me. I was prepared to get additional replacement windows later this year. I’m reluctant to contract with Champion. My recommendation to you is to read the contract and to ensure that what you discuss with the sales rep is actually on the agreement. I do have other windows that need to be replaced. Very reluctant at this time, if will allow Champion Windows to complete the job I gave 2 stars based on the way the fourth window omission was handled. The windows look great!

Updated review: It took over a year to get all of our windows and doors installed, even though we were told it would take a couple months. They forgot to order some of the windows and doors, and their customer service during this time was terrible. It took forever to get a hold of someone that could track down our order with the missing windows. The windows themselves are nice, and the installation was quick and professional. We had a window that cracked (probably due to an issue with installation), and they quickly replaced it. Their sales people pressure you to make a decision that day, and they come into your home and make you listen to a long sales presentation. To offer certain pricing, we were required to leave a 5 star review.

Robert did a great job presenting. He was super thorough and very professional. I was tempted to take a star because of the length of presentation, But I realize that’s not his fault. It’s how he was trained to present. The company has a lot of details. The company wants their potential clients to understand what they are offering, as opposed to their competitors. The real review will come after installation when I get to review the product installation and quality.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my windows, when I walked outside for the first time, I was speakless; the windows changed the entire look of the out. They’re simply beautiful!!! The style that I choose , is amazing. I have more light coming in , and at night or when it very hot outside, I can close the blinds , and still have beautiful look from the inside as well as the outside. The agent was very professional and well informed adout the products. And on the day of the installation; he and his manager can by to make sure everything was done right. Who does that anymore. Our Champion Representative, John Steinhofer, was great! He definitely knew the product he represented, and was very enthusiastic. Although we weren’t ready to purchase the day he came out, he was not pushy and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and when we are ready to buy, we know who to call!

We had an excellent crew of Nate and LeBron who actually went above and beyond I think. They were on time each day and their craftsmanship was excellent. Every time I had a question they would stop and explain in detail. They kept their work area clean and tidy as I was doing yard work on the weekends. Thank you once again Nate and LeBron you guys are a 5 star crew.
