Horrible customer service. We replaced the entire backside of our place. The general mgr told me they “dropped the ball big time” on our install. Not only did they tell us it would take around 6 weeks from signing to finish, but they will not come back to finish. They told us they can’t accommodate the last 10 mins to put in the trim at 4pm any weekday. Even though they were here until 630 Everytime they were here. It’s been at least 5 months since we signed. The broke the frame on the slider and put it in anyway. They cut into my tile floor which now needs to be replaced, all because they measured wrong and ordered a door that was too big. Which we paid extra for because it was special size and we didn’t need to. They would not give me the owners contact info when asked. The stars I give are only because the guys who put them in were pretty decent. The laborers were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. But the ones running the office are awful. Pretty sad when you call and you hear them in the background making comments about you. Very unprofessional. We will not be using them for the front of the house this fall.

On February 22nd, 2024, I provided a deposit to this company for doors, but I have yet to receive them. Despite leaving numerous messages and sending emails, I have not received any response. This situation is very disappointing because I believed this company was reliable. As a result, I am now out of money with no doors to show for it. I highly recommend avoiding this company as it appears to be a scam.
