Received 3 quotes but Mister Window was the best choice. Sales pitch was the best of the 3 quotes. 17 windows came right on time and the phenomenal crew of Antonio, Gasper, and Mikael installed all 17 within 2 days. They were detail minded, professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed with daily updates of the installation process. Mister Window definately EXCEEDED our expectations. Thank you to Frank Manor, Territory Sales Manager for your outstanding sales meeting that convinced us to use Mister Window. And thank you Antonio,Gasper, and Mikael for your expertise of installation. Thank you for protecting our furniture, floors, and outside vinyl siding during the entire installation process. I had Frank out to my house for an estimate, all went really great. I ordered my new front door unit immediately. This was about Dec. 15, 2023, as of today June 25, 2024, I am still waiting for my door unit. They say it is stuck in the Panama Canal, yeah, I find this very hard to believe. Right now, I am not a happy camper. Come on Pony, please let me get my door unit installed SOON!!!!! This was done at the Palmetto store, NOT Tampa.

Mr. Windows did a fabulous job doing my windows will not take that away from them. I will take away that they said if you refer somebody you will receive $800. I refer the customer to them and they used Mr. windows to get their windows done I have called them numerous times to see if I was ever going to receive my $800 Every time I called they’ve told me it’s going to be eight weeks. I’m going on four months now no money no nothing I will not refer them to anybody because they can’t keep their word but if you want somebody that will do a nice job on the windows hire them, but don’t refer them because they lie about , getting your money for a referral fee

Quick installation ahead of schedule. Windows installed 2 months ago without issue. Only concern is no DP rating on sticker after installation. Not sure if this even matters but i plan to try and get insurance discount. Will adjust score if I have issues.

Windows are beautiful! The installers were very qualified, did an excellent job and even cleaned my new windows! Would definitely recommend them.

I haven’t used your company for windows and never will. Your commercial throwing digs at your competitor doesn’t show any class at all. Shame on you. I’m sticking with “the cookies”.

Elvis & his associates did a wonderful job installing our high impact hurricane sliders. The job was done on time, Elvis & the installers were professional & cleaned up behind themselves. MW sales(Frank) and installation (Andrew) teams were nothing short of fantastic. I had a unique 1977 slider challenge that they helped me find a unique solution for. Meanwhile, other contractors would not do the job or quoted me very high prices for a solution much less favorable. MW had no issue with my project & quote was half that of other contractors/window/door providers. They completed the job with no issue & I could not be more pleased. Thanks MW!
