We replaced our windows with impact windows almost 7 years ago. We recently had a leak due to the caulking around the window drying out. They sent someone out the next day and replaced the caulking around affected windows and checked and repaired all the windows in the house. We have a two story and a lot of windows. We were pleasantly surprised that they stood by their product after that amount of time.

O’Donnell installed a combination of impact windows and shutters on our home. Our experience was wonderful and professional from quote to final payment. 28 windows a doors did not happen without a glitch or two. But the communication and situation was handled perfectly by O’Donnell. I highly recommend them for product, people, performance and price.

The owner Bob is an awesome member of the Martin County community, honesty, quality, integrity, as good as it comes. Alex came out today and assessed my home, first rate salesmanship and timely service. Fair pricing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but O’Donnell for Window / Hurricane Protection! I’m excited to experience the final completion of my Accordion Shutters soon.

As far as the windows/doors – they are high quality. As far as the price – they are expensive with lots of overhead. As far as the installation – it took 3-4 tries and still is a bit iffy, but it’s done. I give them a 4 star because I overpaid and Amy was kind enough to let me know and refund the money to me.
