We had several estimates to replace our jalousie windows with impact windows. Liberty’s estimate was between the most and least expensive. From estimate to completion they were professional, kind, and adjusted their schedule when we made an installation date error. They did not use contract installers and took pride in their work, they were on-time every time, they cleaned their debris and dust, and installed beautiful and strong windows. We are so happy with their work and team that we’ll contact them again for storm doors. Our inspector had nice things to say about them too. 😄 George, Doug, John, Mary Ann, and crew: Thanks for a job well done!

I decided to work with a local window company after a not so good experience with a much larger company. I have to say that my experience with Liberty was stellar. The company maintained excellent communication throughout the process and the day of installation went without any issues. 1 hour and 45 min to rip out 4 old windows and replace. Truly a top notch and efficient operation.

Liberty Impact Windows and Doors did a fabulous job at replacing all of the windows, to include a large porch, in our condo. We had great communications before, during and after the project. Carlos and crew were efficient and easy to work with as they removed and replaced the old windows. Mike and John did a wonderful job with the framing and finishing work and were very attentive and responsive to our needs. We love our new impact windows!

Amazing. From start to finish, Liberty Windows did a fantastic job. We installed casement, horizontal rollers and a slider. All of them are gorgeous, high quality, and have elevated the look of our home instantly. Carlos and crew were very careful with the installation and ensured all of our belongings were protected from any dust created by the process. My only regret is I am now acutely aware of how dated my remaining windows are. I will use them again in the future.

Best Experience with a Contractor! Hands Down!! I love my new sliding glass door. The whole team at Liberty was AWESOME. Very professional. Exceeded expectations and delivered better and sooner than promised. The owner was there towards the end of the installation process to make sure all was perfect. Maryanne in the office could not have been more helpful. The installation and cleanup crew were Great! I will use them again!

I am giving Liberty a 5 star review because of a Sr. Service technician Johnny Linbom. Johnny was sent out on a service call to my home. A big thank you to Josh in the office for taking all our calls! My front door installed by Liberty a few months ago was not closing and locking correctly. The door lock engagement was off. Johnny was a pleasure to deal with and fixed my front door! I am very happy that is finally fixed correctly! I was very impressed with Johnny’s professionalism and customer service. Now going to wait for another door to be fixed! Which I am sure it will be done correctly.
