Terrible experience. The initial quote was for products that were not available. Shocker- the new estimate was more expensive. The day of install, the pocket sliding doors for our patio were the wrong size and could not be installed. The windows were installed (4 of them) but the latches on 3 were faulty. When we opened the windows, the top portion would fall out and hit you on the head. They are also very difficult to open in spite of 2 different people coming out to adjust them. The “new” patio doors were supposed to be installed today but yet again they are the wrong size. We canceled the install and will seek a proven, quality company to finish this job. The service from the Managers has been lackluster and indifferent to the issues. Steer clear.

I just had my windows done by Jensen Beach Aluminum and Windows. I am so pleased and excited. They did a wonderful job. They were so clean and tidy they were always on time cleaned up after they were done. I give you guys 5 Stars. Thanks

Called this company twice to have someone come out and give us a quote on hurricanes shutters. Never got a call back. I highly recommend using another company. Customer service is not priority to this company. I already have another company coming out to give an estimate. I gave this company two chances. In today’s world, customer service is number 1.

I’ve been through a journey of nine months building and delivery of a manufactured home here in Jensen Beach. I was now ready for carport. Called Jensen Beach Aluminum and It was best part of this whole process. They were committed, communicating and installed a beautiful 50 ft carport. Thank you JBA! Great Work!!
