Paradise replaced all my windows in my condo since it was a big investment, it was important for me to be satisfied with the project. Im happy to say that Paradise Exteriors not only met but exceeded my expectation. From the onset of the project thru completion their tram did what they promised. Dealing with sales, scheduling and installation was effortless. Job well done!

My salesman was good and was informative and answered all my questions. Was very unhappy with the initial installation team eventually the installers came out and made it right. We are very happy with the products. At this time we would not be able to recommend the initial installers. We were compensated for our concerns..

Love the new windows! We had them installed but two of them were wrong. Paradise re-ordered the right ones without hesitation and had them re-installed as fast as they came in.

Good company to buy windows and doors. They do what they say and say what they do. The installation was excellent. The process takes a while. From order to installation took about 4 months. Fortunately it worked for us. So far after service has been good. The windows and doors look great. Really has cut down the noise and the heat transmission.

We are very pleased with the decision to go with Paradise Exteriors for our window replacements. Everything went well with the installation. Ariel and his brother did a super job removing and installing the new windows and cleaning up. We no longer hear sounds from the traffic or planes overhead. Whenever I called Paradise, I talked to Diane or Monica and was always treated with respect. Thank you ladies. I truly can recommend this company for your new windows. You will not be disappointed. Last November, I was approached by Lee (Paradise Exterior Salesperson), who presented their windows and their features at a very reasonable price. Lee managed the transaction professionally and responsively. A few months later, I received a call and an email to schedule the installation. The installation crew, led by Rudy, arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. On the first day, they installed 11 windows and 2 doors, followed by 3 sliding doors the next day, everything in a pristine way. The final product exceeded my expectations. Rudy and his team were detail-oriented and communicated respectfully throughout the process. Initially, I had not considered replacing my main door, but the quality and installation results made my home so improved, that I am now considering it, only waiting for the additional quote and posible continuance. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with no regrets or issues.
