Garrett and his team did a great job turning my den into an office. Communication was excellent. Easy and honest contractor to work with. Rob, his wood worker, was phenomenal as well. Everyone who came to participate in the job was highly skilled. You know what you are getting without any surprises.

We are so happy with the transformation of our Lanai thanks to Advanced Home. What started out as a need to replace our old sliding doors which were coming off the track, turned into making the whole space come alive with the Cypress tongue and groove ceiling (clear coat), new ceiling fans, sliders, window, bathroom door and fresh paint. The whole team we worked with were fantastic!!!! They have since done some smaller projects with them and we highly recommend working with them!!

We had a great experience with Al. He went out of his way to provide us with information and resources to help us with our window and door replacements. It was a rather large and time-sensitive project, and Al was very quick to respond each time we reached out. He was also able to offer faster installation dates that met our very tight timeline. We struggled over various product decisions, and Al simplified the decision-making process through his knowledge of products and materials that would best suit the specific needs of our home. It’s evident that Al has extensive experience in the industry, and we are so grateful for his guidance through the process. We would definitely reach out to Al again for future renovation needs.

Mike, Adam and their crew were amazing! From our first meeting with Adam to the very last day with Mike, they were the ultimate professionals. They did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen and were ALWAYS punctual and reliable. We highly recommend them for any renovations you may need on your home. They are the best! This was the best experience that I’ve ever had with any contractor. From the initial contact throughout the install, everything ran smoothly. Al Salazar is extremely customer service focused. He strives that every customer be 200% satisfied. Every appointment was punctual and I received periodic calls about the status of my order. I had Shwinco hurricane windows and doors installed. I am so pleased with the quality and looks of these windows. The installers were quick and made sure everything was installed to perfection. They cleaned up every day before leaving. I was so pleased that I’m now under contract with them for some interior work. Can’t wait to get going on my new project.
