I have used them for a few years now without any issues- this past month he scheduled me four different times- I rearranged my schedule and he never shows up. Now he is blocking my calls- I saw that I am not the first person he has done this with. I have no idea why this is happening, but extremely unprofessional to not even call to explain. I would not recommend

In July 29, 2020 I called Advanced Window and Door, inc. to replace sliding door rollers because the door was hard and difficult to open. They didn’t do a good job because the doors didn’t slide smooth. Still hard to open. Today I called a different company A-1 SLIDING DOORS I paid 359.00 to do the same job and Benjamin did an excellent work. I was so happy that I started jumping and smiling to see and feel the different that the doors open very and very smoothly. Awesome job. I lost $265.00 from Advanced Window & Door, inc.

We had Advanced Window and Door come out and fix our window. They ended up going through all our window and sliders and they are all working like new. I highly recommend. Very helpful and informative!

Have been going back and fourth with him for a couple weeks about coming to look at my door, finally got a date that he could come by, the day and time comes and he never shows. Called him couple hours later and was told he’d be there later that evening, never showed. I try and call now and my call is forwarded/blocked. Very unprofessional, if you’re to busy to take the job, just let the customer know up front and don’t lead them on for weeks. I am sure I’m not the biggest job but a little professionalism goes a long way.

We had problems with our Sliding Glass doors not sliding well and Kerry and his employees did a great job of making them perform with ease. There very professional and conscientious. If you are looking for window or door repair I suggest looking no further than Atlantic Window & Door Inc.

I had Kerry come out to fix a water leak in my dining room window. He was very professional, timely and got the job done correctly. I had had 2 other window repair men that came out prior to Kerry and neither one could figure out how to stop the leak. They were caulking the outside of the window when he determined silicone sealer had to go in the hollow frames to keep it from leaking. Well, it worked. Thanks Kerry

I have ten year impact windows that had water leaks leak and one call to Advanced and they understood all my concerms. They arrived promptly and fixed all issues. Thanks Advamced. Highly recommended.
