Excellent job done replacing the doors to our therapy center. They met the deadlines, and very good detail in the finishing of the details. The treatment of both Raquel and Tery in the office was very friendly and professional in terms of all communication and progress of the project and special thanks to Mr. Frank for the work he did from start to finish throughout the installation process and completion of the project. Congratulations, 100% recommended.

Signature windows are the best!! I shoped everywhere and even have family in the widows and doors Industry. Javi and Jen both gave me the best service and price! It wasn’t just that, they made the process so easy! They sex the expectations from the beginning and over delivered!!!! I guess they call themselves signature because they put their name on their service price and promises. This could be a nightmare of a process… Javi and Jen, Thank you for making this a dream come true!!

UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST MY REVIEW. PICTURES ARE WORTH MORE THAT 1000 WORDS. I AM PRETTY SURE THEY ARE GOING TO SAY WE ARE REVIEWING THE WRONG COMPANY BUT I PUT A PARTIAL PICTURE OF THE CONTRACT. THE PICTURES OF THE GARAGE DOOR ARE AFTER THEY “CHEMICALLY ” CLEAN IT BECAUSE IT WASN’T DIRT OR SOIL, AM PRETTY SURE THEY CAME WITH MOLD FROM THE FACTORY BUT OF COURSE THEY DENIED IT. THIS DOOR IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD, BEFORE THEY INSTALLED IT I HAD A PRETTY ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. THIS COMPANY GIVES THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE JOB EXECUTION AND POOR PRODUCT QUALITY TO SAY THE LEAST. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST REVIEW I DO, I WROTE ONE PRETTY SIMILAR TO THIS ONE BUT I HAD TO BRING IT DOWN IN ORDER FOR SIGNATURE WINDOWS TO COME AND “CLEAN” MY GARAGE DOOR. TODAY I WOULDN’T TAKE ANYTHING LESS THAN A NEW GARAGE DOOR FROM THEM WHICH AM PRETTY SURE WE’LL NEVER GET. IT TOOK US MONTHS FOR THEM TO COME TO CHECK OUR COMPLAIN, NOW THEY WANT US TO BUY THE CHEMICALS TO CLEAN THE DOOR THAT THEY INSTALLED WITH MOLD. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR “CHEAP” PRICES. YOU ARE BETTER OFF PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA WITH A BETTER COMPANY THAT OFFERS BETTER PRODUCTS AND DON’T SUBCONTRACT UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!
