I waited over a year for a window replacement that was defective, calling every couple months for updates. I was then told a recent employee they fired NEVER put my order in for the replacement. When they finally made it out, they had the wrong size, 2nd time wrong size, 3rd time, they finally got it. They kicker, they now are trying to say I owe them $255!?! (Even though their terminated employee told me the warranty replacement was no cost to me) I’m amazed how people can do business like that….

Highly Recommend! Needed two windows replaced due to a failure of the seals; called Coogan based on neighbors’ recommendations. Office staff was polite & helpful, Tech responded for measurements and to place order, when windows came-in the installation team (father & son) were very professional and respectful of the interior and exterior of my home. Great pricing & service….. enuff said!!

Horrible customer service. My $9.95 lock they put on an entry door fell on the ground within the first week of installation and the manager wanted to charge me $150 to replace while under warranty. My window has a broke seal and Marcia has been telling me it’s ordered for 10 months yet we don’t have a replacement. That will probably be with a labor fee also

I called them to have warranty work done on my window frames. Someone was out the next day to evaluate all my windows and agreed the work needed to be done. I did wait over a month for the materials to arrive but it was worth the wait. They sent their technician Ralph to do the repairs. Ralph was amazing. His attention to detail was spot on. He was very pleasant and helpful and made sure everything was done right.

I’ve used this company twice for warranty work on my home windows. They come out, they measure, and within 10-12 weeks, they install. In fact, I had them come out measure for four windows, and a week before installation, another window started leaking. When the tech arrived, he had the 5th window; when he walked around, he noticed the window had a broken seal as well. Attention to detail is why I love this company.

Do not do business with this company! I was told by the General Manager that he confirmed the windows were on the truck and would be installed Friday May 14. They never called and told us anything however no one showed up. I wish I could give it lower than a 1 star. We’ve been waiting 13 weeks for delivery and installation of windows. We have 3 projects that are at a complete standstill and the folks at Coogan could careless. We understand things happen however their customer service is horrible. Each week we are told the windows are on the truck and someone will call us but no one ever does. We would be happy with a straight answer but Eric or no one else has given us that.

This is a great company to work with. I have used their services twice now and their team, everyone from Gabby (Customer Service Rep) to Kevin (technician) are a pleasure to work with. Professional and informative. I would highly recommend them!
