I was shopping around to change hurricane proof windows and doors call Joan&Joan hurricane windows Ana shutters Andrey came to my apartment and gave estimate it was best estimate to compare to another company’s they did expect work the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful my recommendation to use thi company to do work like this company they deserve 5 stars

We live in MD. it took two seasons in Florida to complete our sale and installation. Andrei worked with us all the way through. His knowledge and friendly manner added to our confidence in choosing J & J. We were also on a time constraint to return to MD. It seems that Andrei enlarged the installation crew so that the job could be done in one day! That was fabulous. And the inspector from Aventura commented on the quality of the work done. We couldn’t have asked for more. And lest I forget, the price was about 35% lower than the competition. The crew was neat from start to finish. Obviously, we are a very satisfied customer.

They really did a good job from start to end & they are are very competitive. From Jimmy(Sales) to John( Family member) they are very professional & trustworthy. Installation of 1 sliding door and 2 windows were done at the summit building in Hollywood. They are a breath of fresh air in south Florida so hard to find good contractor

I have reached out to John countless times in order to file a warranty claim for a crack on the glass on my impact door and I have yet too hear from him. He says he is gonna call you back and nothing. The warranty claim can only be filed thru the company that originally installed the doors, otherwise I would do it on my own. The crack is getting larger everyday and after many calls and texts, I haven’t heard back yet.

We used John and John to install impact windows in our apartment. After shopping around John gave us the best value by far. The work was done professionally and on time. The staff was very courteous and when the job was done they cleaned everything without a trace. They care about their work and John the owner called us the following day to make sure that we are happy with everything. BOTTOM LINE: We highly recommend to use this company you will not be disappointed!
