This company was exceptional!!!! Jes’us and his crew answered my call without hesitation. When they arrived, they immediately went to work, one at each window. The kitchen door, being as old as it is, needed some extra work. Jes’us discussed it with my landlord and came up with a reasonable price to rebuild the inner part of the door. We agreed. Lester and Jes’us came back the following morning – Psalm Sunday!!! I had them a big breakfast ready. They fixed the door perfectly!!! Would HIGHLY recommend this crew, awesome work and very respectful!

Excellent customer service, and quality of work done by the professionals over at AMC windows… I am truly satisfied with the job that has been done. And will hopefully not need them for an emergency in the future, but when I remodel my house. They came in after a golf ball struck my Condominium window and I was nervous to be left that vulnerable in my home. But they came right away, same day repaired, and I was good to go. Thanks again!

The crew at AMC Windows & Screens was fantastic. They did onsite glazing on all bay windows and replaced balances in our older windows last fall. My windows are now secure, and I can open and close them easily. I highly recommend this company.

AMC has resulted to be the worst company in providing services after two faulty window installations in our house. First, about six months ago, Jesus Cintron was aware of the fact that one of the windows they installed was hard to open. He said that he will need to make certain adjustments, yet he never returned to have it fixed. Second. About more than two months ago after all the rain we’d had, we realized that water had been leaking through on top of the window sill on the master room window leaving a stain. We had been calling him previously on numerous occasions but there was never an answer to even leave a phone message. We attempted to visit his place of business to no avail. Weeks later, we tried calling and he finally answered. We related our situation and concerns as we are in full hurricane season and he gave us an appointment which he never kept. We continued to call him and for about three consecutive days starting with June 29, June 30 and July 1st, he missed these appointments leaving us to be waiting all these days in vain as he never called to cancel or express his inability to comply. We do not expect to see this man ever as he does not have any business ethics, responsibility or concerns for his customers. We’ll have it fixed somewhere else. Businesses like this are deplorable. So it would be best for anybody to skip this place for good.

Called about a window replacement, was offered a great deal on an used window and scheduled appointment. Waited all day, no call, no show. I texted them, so as not to disturb them while working and after 4:30 they rescheduled for the next day. Next day same story ,no show no call. Rescheduled for the next day, remember I’m getting a great deal on a used window. Next day same thing, blamed it on the rain. I’ve ran a moving company for 40 years here ,I know about rain and work. I understand but be a pro and stay in contact with the customer. Finally they just didn’t respond any more. It’s very thoughtless and selfish to be this careless. There are many things I could’ve done instead of staying close to home . This seems to be a reoccurring theme for this company. Upside is I did it myself, it’s was so easy I’ll never call an installer for this type of job and if I did it wouldn’t be them.
