I used this company in 2015. At the time I remember being somewhat frustrated by delays. I think I had unrealistic expectations. I think it will end up taking 4 months rather than 3 months. It was frustrating at the time but looking back on it I’m really glad that I had my windows replaced and this company did a really excellent job. I got an unexpected tax credit and the quality of life in my condominium has greatly improved. The noise from the street has been reduced, the unity is easier to cool, and everything looks better.

I had 2 cracked windows and needed to replace them immediately as I was unaware they were cracked and couldn’t close selling contract until they were replaced… Called them and they came within a few hours. They said I’d receive a text when they were 15 minutes away and I did. They were fast and professional. Will use them again. Thanks!

All American Windows of Ft. Lauderdale installed 4 expensive sliding hurricane glass impact floor-to-ceiling doors in my condominium 8 years ago. They have worked well. However, the first and only time I needed a service follow up, because one door lock is completely broken, the company was completely unresponsive to both me and my condo manager over a period of several months. I talked to the receptionist twice who told me service would return my call. They never did regardless of how many messages I, or my condo manager, left. It is now hurricane season in S Florida and All American Windows could care less what happens to my condo and everything in it. I live in a luxury high rise building with deeply concerned management, who were also ignored. If you are looking for service follow- up, or even the courtesy of a recommendation elsewhere, I do not recommend All American Windows of Fort Lauderdale to anyone.

I have called them everyday for 2 weeks to service my Fleetwood windows and doors they installed 8 years ago. Never answer the phone except once saying they will come back to me , never followed up on my messages.

I just drive from Miami Looking for this company to install windows in a new construction Looks big and nice … even the bad reviews , I decide to come here … Now I am in the lobby , Is line no one works here … no one on the front desk … so I decide to call … no one answered the phone Very scary to hired a company like this ..
