I cannot say enough good things about this company. My wife and I were approved for the “My Safe Florida” program that provides reimbursement for doors, windows, roofs etc… for the prevention of hurricane damage and insurance liability. Like most government programs, it is not an easy program to navigate. We had to choose three vendors to receive quotes from, one of which was Bozarth. All three were professional and knowledgeable but Alex made feel super comfortable and we knew immediately we could trust him. He was familiar with the State program and promised to help us work through all the obstacles to obtain our reimbursement. After meeting with Alex, we signed the paperwork and hired Bozarth to do the work. Typically, in most service orientated businesses, customer service lags after the paperwork is signed. Bozarth has a different business model. They emphasize customer service AFTER the sale is made! Their support team was fantastic! After the paperwork was done, I got a call from Arron to walk me through the next steps, timeframes and general logistical stuff. Everything he told me happened exactly like he said it would. On the date of installation, Darren called me to finalize dates and showed up with his crew exactly on time. They are pros. They replaced all windows including two sliders in a day and half and we couldn’t be happier. But here is the difference with this company- all through the process from initial meeting to final inspections, these guys actually answered their phones when I had questions or if an inspector who was onsite had questions. Customer service AFTER the sale! WOW! Whoever put THIS business model together for Bozarth got it right!

FIVE STARS PLUS Bozarth did an excellent job for me with an entire house of windows. Pricing was HONEST and straight forward (in comparison to two other bids) and communication was excellent. Alex Adams also helped me all the way through the Safe Florida Home process. He was wonderful to explain every step and contingency that might crop up. Completely TRANSPARENT. The team of techs, led by Austin, was PROFESSIONAL beyond expectation, clean and considerate, RESPECTFUL and qualified. Good COMMUNICATION and time management. Colin, on the other end of the phone, kept me updated for status and was always eager to help. I’d give more stars if able, and I will definitely be calling them first for my next project. Thank you!

I have to say we couldn’t be happier with the results by choosing Bozarth to do our French doors. They did an amzing job and left us feeling great from getting a quote to completion. What at outstanding company all around. Rich and his helper (I wish I could remember his name) were completely professional and were extremely proficient. They both kept our home as clean as it could be during installation. All around I HIGHLY recommend using Bozarth for your needs. Thank you for such a beautiful set of French doors!!!

Had new hurricane insulated windows installed by Bozarth. Not only did they have the best price but they are a locally owned company and do most excellent work!!! On the day of install a team showed up consisting of Justin, Rich, Cody, and Taylor. I had purchased the PGT hurricane insulated windows which are made here in Florida. They meet and exceed all the Miami Dade standards and are a quality product. I had grown tired of the constant boarding up of windows whenever a hurricane would threaten. The Bozarth team removed my old windows and did an amazing job installing the new PGT windows! They were very courteous and respectful of my home. Covered anything that might get dust on it and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. The new windows are amazing! So quiet now inside of the home! They have a slight green tint to the windows which is very pleasing. People outside have difficulty seeing in but inside I can see out beautifully. I got the sliders which now make my home seem like every window is a picture window! If you are thinking about new hurricane insulated windows please give Bozarth a call. I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Alex was my Project Manager who was absolutely knowledgeable, Professional and patient answering my questions. Overall outstanding experience. Thanks to the entire Bozarth team.

We got windows in December and the product is great, we love our windows. But this company does not care about its customers, they refer you to the worst lender who gives loans at insanely high interest rates that accrue daily and their salesman sits there impatiently until the contract is signed really giving no time to read over the terms. Called twice to notify them that I’m now having to consolidate my loan to avoid paying DOUBLE in interest of what my loan was. Their response was that no one has complained, I’m sure people don’t think to call them but I don’t want anyone else experiencing this. DONT USE ENERBANK. A reputable company would protect future customers and stop referring them to Enerbank but the fast approval process is obviously too appealing to Bozarth.

We had Bozarth install 8 PGT windows and 2 new exterior doors. They did an exceptional job. The timeline was spot on, they communicated things clearly, and there were no surprises. The crew that came was wonderful. They were kind, efficient, and everything was left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.
